Work Will Be Taken Up As Per Requirement As And When Required. Work And Technical Specification Of The Work Will Be The Part And Parcel Of The Contract And The Bidder Will Have As Per The Direction Of Etc. 2) Bill Will Be Drawn On Actual Execution Of Work And Estimate Will Be Prepared As Per Actual Items Of Work Executed At Billing Stage.
