Raiseing 0.4 m height of Primary Treatment Units (Inlet Channel, Fine Screen Channel, Grit removal channel), 2. Construction of Primary Settling Tank, (Primary clarifrer).3. Providing, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Fine Bubble Diffusers in aeration tank. 4. Providing, Installation, Testing and commissioning of air blower system (data Sheet No. 4). 5. Providing and Installation of Pressure Sand filter. (1W+1SB).6. Providing and Installation of Activated Carbon Filter, (1W+1SB).7. Construction of Filter Backwash Sump & Pumps i/c all alleid accessories.8. Construction of Sludge Drying Beds with covering arrangement using polycarbonate sheets for efficient drying. 9. Construction of RCC Garland channel along the STP boundary wall sump & pump for disposal.10. Providing and installation of Electro - Mechanic as Equipment inclding all allied accessries i.e. cables, piping specials and valves etc.11. Providing, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Online Continuous Effluent Monitoring System (OCEMS) duly calibrated from NABL accreditatied laboratories and to be connected with HPPCB/CPCB server and SCADA complete in all respects. I/C all allied accessories.12. Providing and Installation of laboratory equipment.13. Construction of effluent discharge pipe and Gabion Cascade (stone wire crate) at out fall point in Saryali Khad.14. Construction of Boundary Wall around STP Premises with gate.15. Landscaping and Tree plantation all along the periphery of STP in 2 No. rows. 16. Providing & Installation of Bio Trickling Filter (Odour control system), 1 No having air flow rate of 112 cum/h including all allied accessories.17. Providing and Installation of silent DG Set of 125 KVA, 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, complete with acoustic enclosure, fuel tank, control panel, AMF/Manual mode including all allied accessories.18. Designing, Supply,installation, testing & commissioning of SCADA System for fully automised STP Operation.19. Providing, laying & jointing of Interconnecting Pipe for connecting Various Units i/c all valves, bends, specials etc. complete in all respects.20. Construction of Main Pumping Station (MPS) of 1.65 MLD capacity at the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) for efficient collection, lifting and conveyance of sewage to the treatment units including, pumps, piping and allied accessries complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The main pumping station shall be fully automated with SCADA 21. The Constrcution of 1.00 meter wide in situ RCC Walkway all around all existing units where not provided and in purposed units with pipe railing on top of units. 22. 90 days trial run of all components of STP after sucessful testing and commissioning of the STP i/c regular testing of inffluent and effluent sewage samples and training of departmental staff . Note :- Detailed scope/Design perameters of work as per data sheets attached.please refer to data sheet No. 1 to 21. |
| 2 | Excavation in foundations and trenches etc.(for pipes and pits in all depths etc. in all kind of soils such as pick work,,jumper workblasting in soft/hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rock where blasting prohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated earth within all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returing the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into sides of foundation and trenches etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts including uprooting of trees, dressing of beds and sides and preparation of sub grade,restoration of unmetalled/metalled/ paved surfaces to its original conditions including soring,strutting,timbering and dewatering where ever required providing diversions for traffic,fixing night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses complete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge. |
