Job includes providing and fitting of single core armored Al. cable of 300 mm² from electric pole to 630 ampere main switch in three leads and neutral wire 120 mm² approximately 50 meters length of each lead (as per site requirement). Proper chemical earthing of the equipment should be done for safety of machinery. Job includes cost of machinery, equipments and material, transportation charges, manual carriage charges, labour charges, loading /unloading charges, hire charges of tools, tackles, and material handling equipments etc.

76Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 400 ampere rating, 3 phase, L.T Control Panel cum protection panel cum automatic star delta starter along-with allied works by way of fabrication of panel with 3 pole Main and delta power contactors of 400 rating 01 no. each and star power contactor of 250 A rating-1no. and MCCB 630 ampere, complete with all protection safety control devices / mechanism compatible with the design / rating of the prime mover, of mputed make, conforming to ISI standards. The system should be provided with fault analyzer cum controller unit or equivalent of standard and reputed make. The complete system should be enclosed in MS steel enclosure box sure box of suitable dimensions. The enclosure should be finished with powder coated painting from Inside as well as from outer surface of approved colour. Providing/ laying of copper conductors of proper rating alongwith Insulation material as per site requirement. The enclosure should be front shutter mounted with key locking system having glass window. Digital electronic voltmeter & ampere meter should ould be be provided along with the required current transformer and selector switches. The Internal control wiring should be done with flexible PVC LT cable with proper thimbling at each end. The system should trip the motor on power fallure and on appearance of an electrical fault mentioned below which may otherwise damage the motor field coils and should not restart automatically until unless the system is reset manually, thus providing automation to the system and protection to the motor. The system /star delta auto starter should not fall into delta if it does not fall into star mode first and should remain de-energized to avoid damage to the motor / machinery and also to the power source/transformer. The system / star delta auto starter should trip off if it does not fall into delta & remains in star mode for more than 10-20 seconds. The system shall provide protection against:-Low voltage below 350 V. High Voltage above 450 V, Single phasing, Reverse phasing, Un Balanced phasing, Dry running, Overloading. The LT control panel should also include p/f of visual information panel to help the operator understand the operation and a quick diagnosis of the appearing fault/status. A visual information panel should be provided with following features:-(1) Phase indicator lamps LED type.(ii) Separate fault/status indicators like low voltage, high voltage, correct voltage, phase failure, incorrect phase sequence & unbalanced voltages.(iii) An LED guide indicator to help setting the current of all three phases.(iv) 03 nos. LED coil ok indicators for contactor electromagnetic coil status of main, delta and star contactor showing whether the coils are healthy or damaged.( v) An isolation bye pass system with blinking indicator.(vi) A A foolproof double snap starting system.An audio warning system/Siren which activates only on starter failure to trip the motor on appearance of any electrical fault mentioned above, to wam the operator to switch off the motor manually. A tamper proof starting system to avoid manipulations by the motor operator to keep the system in a permanently ON position Testing of panel after making all incoming / outgoing connections on no load and then on full load. Proper earthing of equipment should be done.
