Supply Of kit for dye penetrant flaw detection , kit for dye penetrant flaw detection in self spray aerosol cans conformoing to is: 3658/1999 (ra-2020) & is:1 2889/2018 (ra-2018) consisting of: 1) cleaner-non-aqueous, non halogenated. 2) dye penetrant- visible dye (pink/red/oran ge colour), solvent removable. 3) developer-non aqueous wet type. note:- 1) ratio by volume between penetrant, cleane r and developer shall be 1:2:4. 2) onekit = cleaner- 2 containers, dye penetrant-1 container and developer-4 containers of 500 ml each. 3) product shoul be non-toxic, non- corresive and chemically non-active to all metals. 4) should contai n low halide & sulphate contents. 5) should detect surface flaws upto 1 m [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of de livery ] [quantity tolerance (+/-): 5 %age , item category : normal , total po value variation permitted: max 8 lacs ] ]
