5Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
6Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. In all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Fume Red Brown.
7Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto floor V level with: 1:1½:3 (1 cement :1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
8Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Shelves (cast-in-situ).
9Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
10Providing and fixing gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels Granite of any colour or shade (Area of slab over 0.5 sqm).
11Providing edge moulding to 18 mm/16 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Granite Work
12Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank
13Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
14Providing and applying white cement based putty of 1.0mm (avg.) thickness of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
15Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer.
16Distempering with 1st quality Acrylic/oil bound washable distemper (ready-made) having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturers’ specifications, one or more coats on old work.

74Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank (independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i)Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

The Spacing of Vertical members not to exceed 4'-0\\" & section to be used is 104 mm x 44.45 mm. for doors of ducts inhcluding dismentalling the existing wrotten door frames and shutters.
94Design and installation of aluminium structural glazing system, the glass to be fixed at the outer side of the Aluminium frame with structural silicon sealant and mechanical support with pressure plate.a) Specially designed mullions and transoms of extruded aluminum sections shall be of 6063 alloy.b) Coating of Aluminum section will be done with 20 micron anodized as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.c) Vertical Aluminium member (100 x 50 with minimum 3mm thickness) to be fixed to RCC beams/columns with designed MS brackets and Stainless steel Anchor fasteners PVC ply/Teflon separator membranes between metal to metal joints.d) Horizontal Aluminium member (100 x 50 with minimum 3mm thickness) to be fixed to vertical mullions with SS screws such that they are not seen in vision panels, forming grid systems of required size as per elevation drawings for vision and spandrel glazed panels.e) Heavy duty, best quality EPDM gaskets at joints and connection between Aluminum members.f) All components should be sealed for water proofing with silicon sealant 789 of appproved make or equivalent.g) 5mm thick Toughned Glass, High Performance glass panel units of size and shape as required and specified, including primary seal (structural silicone sealant) etc. all complete for the required performances and the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The item shall be complete including cost of Providing, errection and removal of scaffolding upto floor five level, wastage of materials and labour involved, prepration of drawings/design and third party vetting as per site requirements.
95Providing and fixing tiled False Ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595mm in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gms/sqm both side inclusive ) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main “T” at 600mm center to center to form a grid of 1200 x 600mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.30mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, wherever, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27x37x25x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized butterfly level clips of size 85x30x0.8 mm spaced at 1200mm center to center along size 85x30x0.8 mm spaced at 1200mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (The rate is excluding the cost of tiles which will be paid for separately). GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white colour tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/ sqm (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending.
96Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
97Providing and Fixing fasteners 125mm long ,10mm dia for refixing the existing frames of doors and windows.
