Supply Of bee star rated (5-star rating) ac ceiling fan of 1200mm. , supply of bee star rated (5-star rating) ac ceiling fan of 1200mm. brushless dc (bldc) mot or ceiling fan, isi marked, sweep size: 1200 mm, minimum air delivery-210 cubic meter/min, total harmoni c distortion- 8% [max], rated voltage: 230 v, 50hz, single phase ac, winding material- copper having purit y of minimum 99.90 %, class of insulation- class b or higher , blade thickness (min): 1.1mm, blade material : aluminium, bearing : double ball bearings, down rod size (without shackle) : 300mm, shank & shackle thi ckness (min) : 2mm, canopy : 2 nos., colour standard: white, bee rating : 5 star (as per ministry of power n otification number: s.o. 2210 (e) and s.o. 2211 (e) dated. 12th may 2022 or latest), rated power-28 watt [ max], warranty [min] 30 months. conforming to- (i) is:374/2019 with amendment no. 1/2022 or latest (ii)is :302 (part 2/sec 80) - for safety requirement (iii)is:14700 (part 3/sec2) for thd (iv) is 191:2007 with amen dment no. 2 or latest for copper purity . speed control with electronic regulator (step type with minimum 5 running positions) and regulators shall be provided with radio and television interference suppressing devi ces as per clause 10.7 of amendment no. 1/2022 to is 374/2019 or latest. firm has to supply 5% of additio nal identical pcbs (as used in ceiling fans) along with the ceiling fans for post warranty repairs. packing of pcbs should be free from moisture and damages. (i) the firm shall submit type test report along with off er for the offered model & make of the bldc fan with electronic regulator step type with minimum 5 runnin g positions. test report shall be from the nabl accredited test lab. (ii) routine test certificates has to be s ubmitted along with supply of materials. (iii) acceptance test shall be carried out by inspection agency as p er is 374/2019 with amendment no. 1/2022 or latest and acceptance test report has to be submitted alon g with supply of material. (iv)the firm shall submit test report along with offer for the purity of the copper used in the winding of the offered model & make fan. test report shall be from the nabl accredited test la b. (v) firm shall submit valid bis license certificate for the offered product conforming to is 374 along with the offer. (vi) only those bldc fan models shall be considered which are approved by bis with speed regul ators. (vii) the firm shall submit technical data sheet in the prescribed format.
