4SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT OF CAPACITY 330 KLD ( CONSIST OF 2 NOS OF PACKAGE TYPE EACH OF 165 KLD - Two Skid ) with Tertiary treatment plant and allied Tanks. Design, Supply, Erection, Installation and Testing & Commissioning of complete FRP MBBR Based Underground Packaged Sewage Treatment plants with inbuilt standard manhole & cover to handle total domestic sewage of 330 KLD based on MBBR ( Moving Bed Bio Reactor) consisting of fiber glass reiforced plastic (FRP) Horizontal tank made as per BS 4994:1987 standard. Each FRP tank must have minimum thickness of 9+/- 0.3 mm made from isopathic unsaturated polyster raisin and glass fiber with hollow ribbing of polymeric materrial of minimum 50 mm thickness encased on outside of the tank with polyster resin and fiber glass to make tank suitable for underground application upto and over burden of 2.30 mtr of soil on top.The sewage recycle plant should be designed to treat 330 Cum of sewage per day. Note :- All civil works to be paid and measured seperately . STP to have four zones – first zone to work as anaerobic/solid separation zone with suitable partition of FRP housed in single tank. Second zone to work as anoxic zone also created with suitable partition of FRP housed in a single tank. Third zone to work as MBBR Aeration zone also created with suitable partition of FRP housed in a single tank with advanced polymeric media with a surface area to volume ratio of minimum of 400 Sq. Mtr / Cubic meter suitably encased in a polymeric net to allow free movement of the media within fixed space created by the net. MBBR Aeration zone will get separate aeration through external Twin Lobe Air Blowers one working + one standby installed for providing air flow of minimum 660 cum/hr by coarse aeration for speedy reduction of BOD. Air blowers shall be designed to provide air to wet well cum equalization tank apart from the package STP. The fourth and the final/last STP zone also created & housed in a single FRP tank to work as sedimentation zone. Sedimentation zone to have submersible pump installed separately of 1.0 HP motor for pumping the activated sludge back to the anaerobic zone by way of PVC pipes of min 50 mm diameter on a regular basis. Intermediate zone housed in the next FRP tank which will store STP outlet secondary water with a filter Feed Pump installed inside the zone one working + one standby for pumping the secondary treated water into Tertiary Treatment Plant (PSF & ACF Filters) with a partition in FRP and the Sixth zone named Treated water tank housed in the same FRP tank to store the treated water received from Tertiary treatment. There will be chlorine dosing done separately or online in the final treated water tank. The whole plant to be controlled by Relay Base Control panel made from sheet molded compound of other accessories such as PVC Pipe Fittings–1 Lot, FRP Strap as per diameter of the tank, turn buckle–1 Lot, Wire Rope–1 Lot, manhole cover as per the drawing, Eye Bolt–1 Lot, Wire Lock–1 Lot along with Multi Grade Filter– 20 m3/hr -1 Nos, Activated Carbon Filter–20 cum/hr - 1 Nos, Filter Feed Pump-2 Nos (1W +1S) & Hypochlorite Dosing System-1 Nos.,electromagnetic flowmeter, Each Tank must be Air-Tight which makes it stronger & durable and it also helps in maintaining Anaerobic & Aerobic conditions including necessary chemical dosing (Chemical’s addition allowed ONLY for Tertiary Treatment). Internal piping for maintaining hydraulic retention time shall be inside the modular plant. All the external equipment’s like pumps, blowers and electrical needs to be mounted in a blower room .
5M.S. puddle flange (hot dip galvanized after fabrication), inlet, outlet overflow, vent, M.S. cover, drain channel with M.S. gratings sump to house pumps. Bar screen shall be a part of the STP and having 10 mm spacing between bar made from M.S. Epoxy painted. Space being a severe constraint, compact underground prefabricated systems are preferred. Due weightage will be given to energy efficient and low running cost systems. The system shall be provided with relay base control panel, air blower, submersible pump and all other accessories mentioned in the tendering specifications. The complete STP should be provided with M&L for Online continues monitoring system for 330 KLD STP facilitate with operated on duel beam UV Vis-absorption apectrometry as measuring priciple. 6MONITOR MONITOR (i) Type Full HD LED color monitor (ii) Screen size 22\\" or higher (iii) Resolution 1920 x 1080(iv) Power supply 240V, 50Hz , single phase Providing and fixing of one cloud lightening arrester connected to the earthing system to safe guard the building structure . It should be fixed at the top of the building. Two numbers fire fighting baby gas cylinders also provided inside the STP building. NOTE: (i)The complete STP includes SCADA Enabled LT Panel for the operation of various pumps, filteration plant ,sensors and compressors etc . The LT panel should be confirming to IEC/IS61439- 1 &2I approved, double door totally enclosed weather dust and vermin proof as per IS code with front and rear opening suitable locking arrangement, top with canopy having copper bus bar of suitable capacity for RYB and for neutral and insulated with insulators, including provision of cable glands, connecting incoming and outgoing cables along with necessary PCC 1:3:6 in foundation and suitable size of angle iron grouted at terrace floor above 30 cm from floor level comprising the Change over switch of suitable capcity, MCCBS, Contractors, Automatic starters of various capcities ,MPCBs, Protection /Differentila relay OV Relays, UV relays etc ,Digital switches/senors ,APFC capacitor Banks, measurement devices like Ammeter,Voltmeters,Frequency meters, Digital MF meters,energy meters,Indicators etc ,control wiring /Power wiring , etc COMMISIONING OF STP 330 KLD TO GET REQUIRED SPECIFIED Treated Water Parameters including supply of all chemicals , Bio Nutrients or pH correction chemicals :- The time period of completion of commissioning of STP part is Three months which included all testing arrangements of treated water including sample charges of state pollution control lab or NABL approved lab. At least Two Test samples after every two months will be submitted . All samples should should meet the specified parameters of treated water for use in arboriculture. The date of completion will be the date on which the last last sample report meeting all the parameters will be submitted by Executing Agency.
7Design and Construction of collection sump including bar screen chamber & oil & grease trap all as shown in Dwg in RCC using M-30 concrete & Fe 500 CRS TMT Bars as per IS 456 & IS 3370 after conducting soil investigation by boring one bore hole and determining bearing capacity . 35Supply and installation for grease separator plant as per DIN E N 1825 & DIN EN 4040-100 suitable for underground installation as per drawing attd. The Grease separator should be made from polythylene for longer life. The grease separator should have nominal capacity not less than 2170 ltr with inlet/outlet socket of nominal dia of minimum 150 mm with grease storage capacity of minimum 415 Ltr and sludge stoage capacity of minimum 1005 Ltr. Total weight of grease separator should be minimum 128 Kg with overall dimension of at least 1340 mm x 2828 mm (Dia x Ht). The grease separator should be capable of cleaning via shaft manhole cover, emptying via suction line nominal dia of minimum 65 mm and nominal pressure of 10 Kg with coupling for two sided thread connection 75/75 mm for suction line, fire hose quick coupling 75B and 2 1/2\\" blank cap extension at top as per site requirement buoyancy ring as per manufacturer instruction . The polycarbonate junction box shall be enviroment friendly, recyclable, halogen and silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive . The junction box shall be rated for degree of ingress protection IP 66 in accordance with IEC 60529. weather proof , UV resistant. The canopy shall have four hinged doors, one door with glass window to view proper parameters on the control panel. The canopy and doors shall have inside lining of fire retardant foam/glasswool as acoustic materials. The base frame shall be fabricated in ISMC channel or in sheet metal, with lifting hooks for convenient lifting of complete set i.e. along with canopy, engine and alternator. The sound level shall have less than 75 db (A) at a distance of 1 meter.High quality noise absorbant and fire-retardant grade acoustic Insulation material (P.U. Foam) complying to IS 8183. The allowable temperature raise inside the canopy is 5 to 7 deg. Centigrade. The Measurement of noise should be as per ISO 3744/ ISO 8528 (Part 10) standard.The canopy has the provision of emergency push button, external to the canopy (h) Governor :The governor shall be of electronic type suitable for monitoring constant engine speed within the specified limits for auto parallel and auto load sharing operation. (j) Exhaust : The exhaust piping system shall be supplied with a hospital grade silencer and catalytic converter suitably optimized to meet stringent noise emission standards laid down by MoEF / CPCB (as per CPCB-IV).The exhaust piping and the silencer shall be wrapped with rock wool and/or calcium silicate. The outside shall be neatly wrapped with aluminum cladding. The exhaust line shall be extended beyond the height of the utility building roof as required by pollution control norms.Suitable supporting structure for installation shalll be provided. (k) Hot air exhaust (Radiator cooling): GI duct shall be provided for hot air exhaust from DG set up to designated place of duct outlet. The duct shall be made of 14 Gauge thick Class-8, Galvanized Iron (GI) Sheet.Galvanised Iron (GI) duct shall be provided for venting hot exhaust air out of the DG room, from radiator hot air outlet point of the DG Acoustic enclosure through nearest brick wall. (l) Fuel Tank : Inbuilt/internal bottom mounted (with-in DG set or with-in base frame) diesel tank of suitable capacity with mounting brackets, complete with fuel inlet, out let, air vent, drain plug, level indicator, inter connection pipes from tank to diesel generator as required. Suitable barrier shall be provided between Diesel tank and the Engine. Fuel tank shall be fabricated as per tropical condition of Udhampuir and designed capacity shall be suitable for minimum 8 hrs continous operation.
55(m) AMF Control Panel :The control panel shall be designed for Automatic ON Mains Failure Operation of the Generator sets. The Panel will be totally enclosed, Dust tight, vermin proof,floor mounted, free standing, cubical compartmentalized type with hinged doors, fabricated from 14 SWG CRCA Steel metal having separatecompartments . The Panel will be epoxy painted powder coated with light grey shade, After Seven Tank treatment, and the Panel / compartment will be fitted with the following instrument and pre-wired with colour coded flexible copper cable with ferule Numbers for easy identification & maintenance. (e) Alternator Protection :Alternator should have following protections  Over and Under voltage  Under and Over frequency warning and trip  Loss of excitation  Over current and Earth Fault and Short Circuit Protection  Unbalanced loads  Restricted Earth Fault Protection. Differential protection. Diode Failure. (f) Voltage regulator :A rapid response voltage regulator shall be provided to regulate the generated voltage.The overall regulations from no load to full load,including cold to hot variation and load power factor of 0.8 lag to unity shall be within 2% of the normal voltage. The excitation system shall be designed to promote rapid voltage recovery following sudden application and disconnection of load.
62(g) Acoustic enclousure : The acoustic enclosure should be supplied along with DG set from the manufacturer outlet itself as per CPCB norm.Acoustic enclosure shall be of powder coated and fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA MS sheet. The canopy shall have four hinged doors, one door with glass window to view proper parameters on the control panel. The canopy and doors shall have inside lining of fire retardant foam/glasswool as acoustic materials. The base frame shall be fabricated in ISMC channel or in sheet metal, with lifting hooks for convenient lifting of complete set i.e. along with canopy, engine and alternator. The sound level shall have less than 75 db (A) at a distance of 1 meter.High quality noise absorbant and fire-retardant grade acoustic Insulation material (P.U. Foam) complying to IS 8183. The allowable temperature raise inside the canopy is 5 to 7 deg. Centigrade. The Measurement of noise should be as per ISO 3744/ ISO 8528 (Part 10) standard.The canopy has the provision of emergency push button, external to the canopy (h) Governor :The governor shall be of electronic type suitable for monitoring constant engine speed within the specified limits for auto parallel and auto load sharing operation. (j) Exhaust : The exhaust piping system shall be supplied with a hospital grade silencer and catalytic converter suitably optimized to meet stringent noise emission standards laid down by MoEF / CPCB (as per CPCB-IV).The exhaust piping and the silencer shall be wrapped with rock wool and/or calcium silicate. The outside shall be neatly wrapped with aluminum cladding. The exhaust line shall be extended beyond the height of the utility building roof as required by pollution control norms.Suitable supporting structure for installation shalll be provided. (k) Hot air exhaust (Radiator cooling): GI duct shall be provided for hot air exhaust from DG set up to designated place of duct outlet. The duct shall be made of 14 Gauge thick Class-8, Galvanized Iron (GI) Sheet.Galvanised Iron (GI) duct shall be provided for venting hot exhaust air out of the DG room, from radiator hot air outlet point of the DG Acoustic enclosure through nearest brick wall. (l) Fuel Tank : Inbuilt/internal bottom mounted (with-in DG set or with-in base frame) diesel tank of suitable capacity with mounting brackets, complete with fuel inlet, out let, air vent, drain plug, level indicator, inter connection pipes from tank to diesel generator as required. Suitable barrier shall be provided between Diesel tank and the Engine. Fuel tank shall be fabricated as per tropical condition of Udhampuir and designed capacity shall be suitable for minimum 8 hrs continous operation. (m) AMF Control Panel :The control panel shall be designed for Automatic ON Mains Failure Operation of the Generator sets. The Panel will be totally enclosed, Dust tight, vermin proof,floor mounted, free standing, cubical compartmentalized type with hinged doors, fabricated from 14 SWG CRCA Steel metal having separatecompartments . The Panel will be epoxy painted powder coated with light grey shade, After Seven Tank treatment, and the Panel / compartment will be fitted with the following instrument and pre-wired with colour coded flexible copper cable with ferule Numbers for easy identification & maintenance. The panel shall be complete with interconnections, insulators, two nos. of earthing lugs and with suitable rating of MCCB at both the end & shall incorporate the followings
63(i)Neutral contactors.(ii) AMF logic unit having protection for over frequency, under frequency, over voltage, under voltage, Low lube-oil, and high water temperature for Engine.The AMF unit will have provision for Auto Start, Auto Stop of the D.G.Set,with 3 attempts cranking relay.(iii) Main supply voltage monitor.(iv)Combined Meter (MFM) for Voltage, Current, Frequency, KVA,KWH & P. F.(v) CT’s of suitable rating (vi) Static Battery charger connected on mains consisting of Transformer, Rectifier, D.C. Voltmeter, D.C.Ammeter, charging rate selector switch (Trickle/Boost, Indicating Lamp, onoff switch)(vii) Auto / Manual mode switch(viii) Miniature Circuit Breaker for Fuses(ix) Hooter 24 volt(x) Annunciations, Alarms & Trips for High water Temperature,Over speed,Set fails to start and D.G. overload (xi) Push Buttons for Breaker on-off,D.G. Start / stop,Engine Trip,Hooter Accept and For Reset (xii)Indicating Lamps for Load on mains,Load on D.G. Set,Low lube oil pressure and High water temperature (xiii)Suitable size of Tinned Copper bus bar will be provided with current density of 1.2 Amp per mm². (xiv) Set of relays and contractor of suitable capacity with MCCB, of suitable ampere ratings , 415 Volt. for automatic start & automatically shut down of DG set or as per manufacturer recoomendation of suitable rating & capacity - 02 Nos. (xv)By pass arrangement by providing on laod change over switch of suitable Amps ratings /capacity 4 pole to be installed with AMF-. Note : 1.AMF Panel shall be installed outside the acoustic enclousre (ii) LT Cable of suitable rating from DG set Alternator output to Automatic main failure panel (AMF panel) should be provided by the contractor .(iii) Cost of DG set foundation deemed to be included in cost of item.(iv) Contractor should submit necessary drawing to GE/Engr-in-Charge before placing the order.
