Name of Work:- ADDN/ALTN TO TECH FLT DISPERSAL AND DRAINAGE AT AF STN Tezpur
Sl. No. Item Description
1Excavation in trenches exc 1.5mtr deep and n.exc 1.5m wide and getting out soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.
2Demolition of existing cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, by following manners: - (a) cutting of concrete with mechanical method to seprate the demolition portion of hardstading then demolition of cutting portion by manual or mechanical method and disposed rubbish outside the MOD land, complete all as specified and as directed .
3Material and labour for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken granite stone, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.
4Material and labour for mass concrete in M20 (1:1.5:3) (Nominal mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, path complete all as specified and as directed
5Material and labour for 200mm reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3 laid in trenches and jointed with collars, complete all as specified and as directed.
6Material and labour for Concrete bed to 200 mm bore drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, in PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, complete all as specified and as directed.
7Material and labour for cement concrete in surface channel dain in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and as directed.
8Material and labour for Brickwork with subclass `A' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in drain, manholes, foundation, wall etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
9Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped end etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
10Material and labour for redering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.
11Material and labour for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, complete all as specified and as directed.
12Removing excavated/ scarified material (soil) exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 5 Km and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.
13Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and as directed.
14Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia cut to length bent to shape required, including cranikng bending spiarlly for hopping for columns hookng ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.
15Material and labour for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 as in cover slabs ( for drainage) perforated with desire number of holes, complete all as specified and as directed.
16Material and labour for precast cement concrete of M20 grade (1:1.5:3) as in cover slabs ( for drainage) perforated with desire number of holes, complete all as specified and as directed.
17Supply and fix Framed work such as in grills with end of bars shouldered and / or rivetted, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, railings, brackets etc of Fe-410 Gd E-250 complete including dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.
18Material and Labour for preparing new plastered or unplastered wall surfaces for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm, to match the existing surface of wall, complete all as specified and as directed
19Cleaning of drains by removing silt, taking out brick bats, pebbles, muds, clay sludge etc from the bottom of drain and culvert bed and removing to a distance not exc 50 m and deposited where directed, complete all as specified and as directed.
20Dismantling of old existing brickwork (laid flat or on edge) on drain, complete all as specified and as directed.
21Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plain exceeding 6m mean radius as in half brick thick wall in CM(1:4) , complete all as specified and as directed.
22Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 ( using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation of surface channels and drain after demolition of plain cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and paving not exc 15 cm in thickness ( below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed.
23Material and labour for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping , complete all as specified and as directed.
24Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement Plater of CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
25Cutting of old pavement quality concrete of flextural strength 40 kg/sqcm or more upto full depth ( Approx 350mm) in tarmac by mechanical method using diamond cutter machine to seprate the demolition portion slab from existing slab and then demolition of slab by machanical method, without disturbing sorrounding tarmac and cleaning the cutting area of tarmac and disposed rubbish outside the MOD land,complete all as specified and directed.Note: Initial level survey to be done before cutting/demolition of slab portion.
26Material and labour for Pavement quality concrete(PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean , hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10.1.14 and Table 9 of IRC: 15-2017Note : Casting done to ensure proper longitudinal slope, based on slope calculated from initial level survey sheet.
27Supply and laying Polythene film 400 micron thick HDPE Sheet (Virgin Quality) of weight 390 gm/Sqm over and including 10mm thick sand cushion with overlap between adjacent strips as minimum 100mm and traverse joints at ends minimum 150mm etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
28Forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1 /4th the thickness of the slab widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212 , BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) OF +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.
29Forming 20 to 25 mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC. Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter or appropriate size. straight and smooth edges. Join cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil , vegetation and other debris. The jointhen filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible olyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS- 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacture, complete all as specified and as directed.
30Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of maintenance free (Four spikes) chemical earthing system using 17.2mm dia, 3000mm long (drawn vertically) high tensile low carbon steel circular rod, molecularly bonded with copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness of 250 microns) meeting the requirements of under writers laboratories (UL) 467-2007 or latest with 250mm long copper strips of size (50X3)mm, exothermally welded on top of electrode complete including augering (boring) 100-125mm dia hole as required for electrode in any type of soil and back filling with chemical compound earth enhancing back filled compound as per IEEE 80 2000 clause 14.5b, conforming to IEC 62561-7, min quantity of compound used 40 Kg per electrode and minimum 62 Kg earth enhancing back filled compound as per IEEE 80 2000 clause 14.5b, conforming to IEC 62561-7 required for mixing with soil for pit to pit interconnection, However extra chemical is required to fill the hole around the rod, same shall be arranged by the contractror at his own cost and cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item) conforming to IEEE/BS standrads with agricultural soil for each pit and pit to pit interconnection, incl HDPE pit cover light weight made out of high quality polymer with lid made of HDG steel and U-clamp copper nut & bolt & gun metal body 1 No. per electrode required for joining all three electrodes complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- (i) The work of earthing shall be carried out by authorised trained rep of OEM. (ii) The acceptable earth resistance at earth busbar/ test point shall be below 01 ohm, if earth resistance value below 01 ohm not come, contractor has to make additional earthing with interconnection to same earthing, Cost for additional earthing and interconnection to same earthing with copper strip will not paid seprately.
31Item No 30.00 Continued....(iii) The procedure mentioned here-in-before for one earth pit shall be repeated for other earth pits.(iv) Copper strip 20x3.15 mm required for joining these four electrodes in loop shall be included. after loop 7.5 mtr distance strip 20x3.15 mm included. beyond 7.5 mtr strip shall be measured separately (v)The distance between two successive earth electrodes shall not be less than 3 metres.(vi) The rate quated shall also be included the following elements: (a) Complete earthwork including drilling holes for electrode.(b) Earhing electrode-04 only (c) Backfilling carbon based ground enhancing compound (GEC)(d) Pit cover light weight made out of high quality polymer with lid made of HDG steel. (e) Agricultural Soil required for each pit and pit to pit interconnection (f)Copper strip as earthing lead of size 50mmx3mm, 250 mm long only, beyond 250mm, other size shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item here -in-after. (g) All labour and T&P required including testing of earth network. (vii) Testing for earth resistance shall be carriedout by the contractor in presence of JE and Engr-in-charge. (viii) Original purchase vouchers for copper rod and back fill compound and manufacturer test certificate of entire quantity shall be produced by the contractor before commencement on ground.(ix) The Earthing and pit to pit interconnection shall be performed with Agricultural Soil.
32Materials and Labour for maintenance free chemical earthing system using single spike 17.2mm dia, 3000mm long high tensile low carbon steel circular rod, molecularly bonded with copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness of 250 microns) meeting the requirements of Under Writers laboratories (UL) 467-2007 or latest with 250mm long copper strips of size 50X3 mm, exothermally welded on top of electrode complete including augering (boring) 100-125mm dia hole as required for electrode in any type of soil and back filling with Earth Enhancing Chemical back filled compound as per IEEE 80 2000 Clause 14.5(c), conforming to IEC 62561-7, min quantity of compound used 40Kg), i.e. total qty 40 Kg per electrode, conforming to IEEE/BS standrads including pit cover light weight made out of high quality polymer with lid made of HDG steel, including nessary testings and commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed.
