1Earth work in excavation by mechanical means ( Hydraulic excavator ) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains ( not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan ) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m:
2All kinds of soil.
3Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
4Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport up to a lead of 5 km, also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc., complete :
5Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.
6Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegatation, grass, brush wood,trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
7Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering : All work upto plinth level :
81 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
91 : 5 : 10 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).
10Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:
111:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
12Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :
13Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete
14Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.
15Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
16Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).
17Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
1812 mm cement plaster of mix :
191 : 6 (1 cement : 6 fine Sand ).
2015 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :
211:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)
22Neat cement punning.
23Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :
24Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture
25Supplying at site :
26R.C.C. Standards post/ struts/rails/ pales of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarsesand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) with wooden plugs or 6mm bar nibs wherever required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works in foundation to be paid separately):
27Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs ixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for eparately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used:

29Tightening of nuts and bolts of Tower i/c mounts, platforms, vertical cable tray, Horizontal cable tray etc. all with Torque wrench etc. including pasting of Zinc rich paste wherever galvanised coat has peeled off etc. all complete and as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Note:- The rate of this item shall include the cost of all labour, material, T&P, Torque Wrench, other equipments etc required for all operations specified above i/c scaffolding, safety belt, insurance of labour etc. Nothing extra shall be paid over the above rate. (N.B. Contractor will make arrangement of torque wrench, Photo graph / Video Graphy of tightening nuts and bolts at every 5.00 Mtr. height along with person tightening nut and bolts with torque wrench. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account ).

32Tower Height 100 Metre at (AMB001_MW_Ex, PAL001_Palka, MAN001_MandrgrhEx, SUR001_SurajPurEx), (Total 4 Nos.) (Ground Base Tower).
33Providing, supplying and fixing of missing members, galvanised steel tower material with average mass of zinc coating of 610gm/sqm (approx. 85 micron) consisting of angles, flats, base plates, gusset plates, ladders, connecting plates, bolts & nuts, plain/spring washers including making holes of required size, all fabricated as per approved drawing & specification for erection of tower. The galvanising shall be as per IS:4759. The structural steel for tower shall confirm to IS:2062 & fabrication shall be as per IS:4757. The structural steel section produced by secondary producer may be used for fabrication of tower materials. The tower shall be mounted by galvanised fastners with washers.
34Material Supplied by the Agency.
35Painting two or more coats with high gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and colour (international white and international orange) over one coat of etching primer (BISON wash primer or equivalent) and second coat of BISON HB Zinc phosphate primer or equivalent of approved brand as per recommendation of International Civil Aviation rules in 40 metres Galvanised structural steel tower. (NOTE: Rate includes painting of tower, platform, antenna mount, ladder, vertical tray, horizontal tray, post i/c insurance charges of labour etc)
