| 1 | Conducting Soil investigation (Bore Holes) as per IS :1892-2021 by manually/calax rotary drilling of 100 mm diameter with casing pipe/bentonite slurry if required for supporting inner collapsible stratum below water table with pot holes/helical auger in any type of soil upto depth required. Conducting standard penetration test (SPT) at regular intervals and submit the the SBC report. Disturbed and undisturbed soil sample to be collected at a sampling interval of 1.00 mtr depths or at change of strata or as per relevant IS Code. |
| 2 | Note:- A) The following laboratory test are required to be conducted on disturbed soil and detailed result to be given in tabular form:- (i) Sieve analysis & Grain Size distribution by sieve analysis & hydrometer test. (ii) Atterbergs Limits (iii) Natural Moisture Content test (iv) Particle size analysis test (v) Bulk density/dry density B) The following laboratory test to be conducted on undisturbed soil samples as considered necessary according to relevant specification of IS 2720 and detailed result showing all relevant calculations, inferences, indices and parameters shall be given in the soil report :- (i) Natural Moisture Content test (ii) Bulk density (iii) Specific gravity Test (iv) Free Swell Index Test and swelling properties of soil. (v) Organic matter in soil if any. (vi) Consolidation test (compressed index value) (vii) Triaxial compression test and determination of shear parameters (C & phi) test as per relevant IS. (viii) Harmful salt (complete investigation as already ref). C) Maximum and Minimum levels of Ground Water in the area with source of information and Ground water Table observed during the observation. |

| 11 | Note:- (i) SBC recommendation for all bore holes at a depth size 1.5 m,2.00 m, 2.5 m etc is required for following footings :- (a)1.5mx1.5m (b)1.5m x2.5m (c)2.00mx2.50m (d) 2.00m x3.00m (d) 2.00m x 3.5m (e) 2.5m x3.00m. In addition recommendation on type of foundation including other parameter has to be provided by the consultant. (ii) Swelling index & Swelling pressure in respect of Black cotton soil and its depths of layeres to be provided. (iii) Photographic & Videographic record of geo-exploration as well as testing shall also be part of the report. (iv) Recommendations as regards possibility of liquefaction of soil in case of saturated or partially saturate loose/uncompacted sandy soils. (v) Depth of Ground water Table (GWT) in peak monsoon (lowest) and peak summer (Highest) after correction of result with seasonal variation of water table in the station. (vi) Recommendation for filling under floor/beams. (vii) Location duly marked on the site plan shall be part of the report.
