The Tenderer's attention is drawn to the Notice Inviting Tender, Instructions to Tenderers, Form of Tenders, General Conditions of Contract, Special Conditions of Contract, Employer's Requirements (General specifications and Particular Specifications), Tender Drawings & Preamble to BOQ which are to be read in conjunction with the Bill of Quantities. 2. The Tenderer should quote the rates considering that this contract is a percentage basis contract. 3. The Tenderer shall take note of the actual conditions, all risks and contingencies and the terms and conditions specified in this Tender document (comprising of all volumes) and price his tender accordingly. The quoted offer against a part/schedule/item of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) shall be considered as full and the only price for all work/s performed against that part/schedule/item. 4. Bill of Quantities comprises single item, as detailed in NIT and Employer’s Requirements. Tenderers have to quote percentage above(+) / below(-) the basic rates (exclusive of GST) against respective BOQ amounts given in Schedule 5. The rates and prices to be tendered in the unit Priced Bill of Quantities of various schedules will be deemed to include cost of all plants, labour, supervision, materials, transport, all temporary works, erection, maintenance, utility identification, contractor’s profit and establishment/ overheads, together with preparation of design and drawings, all general risks, insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and obligations set out or implied in the contract except GST & cess and other applicable taxes. For taxes and duties refer clause C2.6 of ITT. 6. If the tenderer fails to quote rates against any schedule, the tender may be treated as incomplete and non-responsive and shall be rejected. 7. Tenderers shall quote their offer in Indian Rupees (INR) only. 8. The Tenderer shall note that in order to quote At Par the BoQ schedule amount, tenderers may do so by selecting to quote either \\"Above\\" or \\"Below\\" and quoting \\"0\\" percent. 9. Bidders are required to download the BOQ file, open it and complete the blue coloured (unprotected) cells with their respective financial offers and other details (such as name of the bidder). No other cells should be changed. Once the details have been completed, the bidder should save it and submit it online on http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app, without changing the filename. If the BOQ file is found to be modified by the bidder, the bid will be rejected. The rate shall not be offered/quoted elsewhere in the technical submission/ tender submission.
