Name of Work:- MTC. OF E.I IN NRB AT CHANDIGARH. (MTC. AND SERVICING OF HT VCBS/ HT OCB/ LT ACBS IN THE 11 KV SUBSTATION OF GMSH-16, ISBT, TIRANGA PARK & LIBRARY SECTOR-17, U.T. CHANDIGARH UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF SDEE-1,CHANDIGARH)

1Repair and servicing of HT-OCB’s / VCB’s of 400 Amps. to 800 Amp. 350 MVA of various types of make. The job includes the dismantling of OCB’s/ VCB’s & reinstallation of the same in the control panel unit. (As per Complete Item No. 1 of the DNIT).
2Repairing & Servicing of various type of ACB’s of various ratio from 800 A to 1600 Amp. of various types of make. The job includes dismantling of ACB’s from L.T. panel, (As per Complete Item No. 2 of the DNIT).
3Supply and filling of transformer oil (Dehydrate oil) in the existing transformer. The job includes the cost of all petty material require to complete the job.
4Supply and erection of the following spares to be replaced/ required during service and testing work material/ spares should be of approved make as recommended by manufacturer of the VCB
5Led indicator lamp of HT and LT panel of GE/ L&T/Schneider sleeve
6DSR Item No.11.1 Supplying and making and termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

10Dehydration of Transformer oil. The job includes the cost of labour and material required to complete the job.
11S/E of Digital type meters suitable for three phase AC supply 50Hz for the reading of each phase. The capacity making should be suitable for 0-1200 amp for amp meter and 0-500 volt to volt meter. (As per Complete Item No. 7 of the DNIT).

14Supply & erection of dry type potential transformers of PT ratio 20/5, 40/5, 50/5 Amp. and having accuracy Class 0.5 strictly confirming to relevant IS Specifications for 3 Phase 4 wiring system. (As per Complete Item No. 8 of the DNIT).
15Supply & laying of PVC copper wire 1.5 mm sq. 3 core round sheathed wire on existing surface with suitable clamps/ hanger etc. including making connection and petty material etc., (As per Complete Item No. 9 of the DNIT).
16Digging of HT cable for locating fault approx. 1 Mtr. Below ground level. The job includes excavation removing the bricks from cable and refilling the trench in original finish after removing the fault
17DSR item No.2.2 Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, Ics=100% Icu and Operational Voltage 690V etc. as required
