Water line, Electrical line, Street light line, Utility Duct ,crossings, street furniture etc. Detailed Estimates: Preparing detailed estimates for various street infrastructure facilities based on drawings provided by the Urban DesignBid Documentation: Preparing the bid documents required to call tenders for execution of road works Allotment of contract: The Appointed consultant shall help in procedure to allot the work to the successful tenderer / bidder with a view to speed up commencement of the work. In this matter the decision of the Executive Engineer, PMRDA will be final. Supervision of the project: The Appointed consultant will supervise the project in coordination with PMRDAPost-implementation monitoring (after PMRDA has implemented the final design) for impact measurementAdditional Note:The consultant shall be paid fees for the scope mentioned in the tender under both pre-tender and post-tender activities. |
