2Chemical de-scaling of the water tubes free from the scale deposits
3Cleaning the all fire tubes and furnace inside free from the carbon deposits
4Cleaning of the inside of chimney free from carbon deposits
5Cleaning the valves and refitting with new gaskets
6Remove the water level gauge glass assembles and cleaning and refitting with new packing materials and new gaskets and servicing of valves
7Remove the fusible plug and replace with new fusible plug
8Remove and Refitting manhole and mud hole doors with new gaskets and packing materials ensures a tight, leak-proof seal with new bolts and nuts
9Brick refractory work in furnace to be done
10Remove all the valves and cleaning (Safety, Feed check, and Blow Down Valves) water level gauge assembles properly repacked with new packing materials and gaskets and replace New level glasses fitted properly
11Preparing the Boiler Hydraulic Test and thorough inspection. Present the boiler annual inspection to the Deputy Director of Boilers, Coimbatore and to get the Fitness certificate.
