| 1 | Dismantling/Removing old unserviceable newar from charpoy GI pipe. Cutting of unserviceable thread from long rail/short rail & legs and welding pipe duly threaded of suitable size on long rail & short rail making the overall size of charpoy 1980×900×440 mm (Drawing No. FD-220). Tightening of frames of charpoy and fixing of new 12 mm thick BWR plywood, Type AA, of size as per drawing. Plywood shall be fixed with 10 Nos nuts of size 75 mm fully threaded tightened with bolts & washers after drilling 20 Nos holes on long rails, short rails and legs. Two Nos flat iron supporting plywood (Qty as per Ser No. 2) shall be provided complete all as specified and directed |
| 2 | S&F 2 Nos mild steel flat iron strips of size 900 mm × 30 mm × 5 mm thick cut to required size and welded below plywood top on long rails and painting overall surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed. |

| 4 | Dismantling old unserviceable short rail from existing frame of charpoy of GI pipe (Drawing No. FD-220) and fix short rail made from old unserviceable retrieved long rail against Item No. 3 including cutting, threading both ends and tightening complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed. (Note: One old retrieved long rail shall be used for converting into two short rails.) |

(Note: One old retrieved short rail shall be used for converting into one leg.) |
