| 1 | Servicing of Hot Water Boiler by disconnecting electric drain out water opening of burner chamber boiler asembly, all accessories and mounting taking out helical coil of make-Alfa therm hot generator of capacity 100000K Cal/Hrs, cleaning of combustion chamberincluding repairing/replacement of any unserviceable parts complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The Job shall be carried out after every 2 Month of Boiler running.(ii) Spare parts shall be measured paid separately as \\"supply only\\" under relevant items of BOQ here-in-after. |
