In certain cases the repairable furniture article can also be issued directly from units. (b) The contractor shall return these furniture articles after repair work on or before 30 days from the date of issue of furniture and nominal Receipt Vouchers (NRV) shall be issued duly signed by furniture I/C, BSO and Contractor. (c) If the contractor fails to repair and return these furniture article within 30 days, a penalty of Rs 10 per furniture article per day will be levied to contractor and the same will be recovered from contractors dues. (d) Generally the periodicity for issue of furniture from BSO Yard shall be once or twice in a month (reckoning from date of commencement of work as per WO No.1) subjected to the users requirement/availability of furniture for repair works. However care shall be taken that repairable furniture shall be issued not more than 20% of total qty of CA provision in one month. (e) Removal of Existing componants of following MES Pattern Furniture Item's Carefully without disturbing the adjoining Parts and S&F new componants of same pattern as per Drg. |
