27M& L for Vitrified tiles, Double Charged any Shade 7-8mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 Sqm but not exc 1.00 Sqm, in floors, walls etc. laid over 8-10 mm thick polymer modified tile adhesive complying to Type 2 as per IS 15477:2019 with Joints of tiles made with spacer of 5mm shall be grouted with solid epoxy grout TileFixoStyle of Ultratech/SP-100 Duo of Myk Laticate/Gresbond KE-100 of Kajaria of desired shade.
28M&L Digital ceramic coloured tiles 1st quality, Digital/HD polished in skirting /dado of size 300x600mm, thickness not less than 6 to 7mm, of grade B-IIa, laid over and including 6-8 mm thick polymer modified tile adhesive complying with Type 2 as per IS 15477: 2010 and jointing with spacer of 5mm filled with solid epoxy grout complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

34Framed work such as grills, gates etc with ends of bars, shouldered or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors , ladders for OHT, framed balusteres: Walk ways, railing; framework of watertank and similar work for height upto 3-20m,contractor shall make his own arrangements for any height of building instructed at site contractor shall have no claim for height and scaffolding what so ever is required to complete the work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E -165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge
35Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
36M&L for 300 mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

39Taking down cement plaster including tiles of any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls and ceilings, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
40Rendering of 10 mm thick polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster finished even and smooth on faces of bricks work/stone work/concrete surface finished the surface even and smooth(without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Notes:-Plaster shall be carried out upto maximum 16metres height in patches and contractor shall have no claim for height and scaffolding what so ever is required to complete the work.
41Preparing new external plastered wall surfaces by applying one coat of exterior wall putty to smoothen the surface, apply one coat of premium external-grade acrylic primer over the coat of external putty, uniform wall surface.Apply two coats of premium quality, anti-fungal, UV-resistant external weather coat acrylic emulsion paint with airless spray equipment/HVLP spray system of approved shade and make. The rate includes scaffolding up to 16 m height.
42Preparing new plastered wall surfaces, providing and applying one coat of internal water-base primer followed by two or more coats of premium quality Oil Bound Distemper (OBD) conforming to IS 428, mixed with required proportions of water and tinting strainers as per manufacturer specification to give an even, uniform shade. The work includes providing necessary scaffolding up to 16m height, internal staging, ladders, personal protective equipment (PPE), and cleaning all floors, doors, windows, switches, and glass panes after completion of work as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
43Rendering of 8 mm thick polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster finished even and smooth on faces of concrete surface as on ceiling, facia and stair cases etc finished the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Notes :- Plaster shall be carried out upto any height in patches and contractor shall have no claim for height and scaffolding what so ever is required to complete the work.
44Preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash with fat lime (Class C) conforming to IS 712, mixed with synthetic adhesive (Fevicol DDL/DH or approved equivalent) at the rate of 4 kg per 100 kg of unslaked lime, including adding necessary ultramarine blue/indigo to give an even, uniform shade, providing necessary scaffolding upto 16m height, cradles, personal protective equipment (PPE), and cleaning all floors, doors, windows, and glass panes after completion of work as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
45Complete removal of existing exterior wall treatment by mechanical means (grinding/scraping/wire brushing/high-pressure water jetting.) filling up minor cracks and patches with lime putty; providing and applying three coats of white wash with fat lime (Class C) conforming to IS 712, mixed with synthetic adhesive (Fevicol DDL/DH or approved equivalent) at the rate of 4 kg per 100 kg of unslaked lime, including adding necessary ultramarine blue/indigo to give an even, uniform shade. providing necessary scaffolding upto 16m height, cradles, personal protective equipment (PPE), and cleaning all floors, doors, windows, and glass panes after completion of work as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
46Complete removal of existing exterior wall treatment by mechanical means (grinding/scraping/wire brushing/high-pressure water jetting.),open out minor surface cracks, clean them, and fill using approved external-grade polymer-modified cementitious paste. Apply one coat of premium external-grade acrylic primer over the coat of external putty, uniform wall surface .Apply two coats of premium quality, anti-fungal, UV-resistant external weather coat acrylic emulsion paint with airless spray equipment/HVLP spray system of approved shade and make. providing necessary scaffolding upto 16m height, cradles, personal protective equipment (PPE), and cleaning all floors, doors, windows, and glass panes after completion of work as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
47Complete removal of existing wall treatment by mechanical means (grinding/scraping/wire brushing), thorough cleaning of old plastered surfaces, preparation with sand papering, filling minor cracks with POP/Putty, application of 1 mm thick wall putty and finishing with two coats of oil‑bound distemper of approved brand and shade, providing necessary scaffolding upto 16m height, cradles, personal protective equipment (PPE), and cleaning all floors, doors, windows, and glass panes after completion of work as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
48M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall or concrete surfaces and applying one coat of cement based paint over one coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
49Taking up carefully existing cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape, size and thickness, including removing jointing sand, stacking serviceable paver blocks, dressing and making good the existing sand bed by adding fine sand as required, relaying the serviceable paver blocks to the required line, level and gradient, compacting with plate vibrator, filling joints with fine sand, sweeping clean and removing unserviceable materials to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
50Precast reinforced cement concrete cover, Type B-1, of nominal mix 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine aggregate : 4 graded crushed stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size), with 25 mm diameter perforation holes if required, as in cover slabs, manhole covers,cable ducts, shelves and similar articles, cast with plain exposed face, cured, set in position and jointed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

61Galvanized, two strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Each line to be measured separately).

76Preparing of concrete surfaces on slabs, chajjs by Chipping away loose, spalled, or carbonated concrete until sound concrete is reached, expose corroded reinforcement fully; remove rust using a wire brush or mechanical means.Clean the substrate with a high-pressure water jet to remove dust and oil. Apply a rust remover followed by an anti-corrosive primer (Dr. Fixit Epoxy Zinc Primer). Install watertight, rigid shuttering to prevent leakage and ensure the desired profile.
