The scope of work includes as below:-Mechanical Components :- (a) Inspection and lubrication of guide rails, guide shoes, door tracks, rollers, machine bearings, counterweight assemblies.(b) Adjustment of brake system, door mechanisms, gear coupling alignment.(c) Cleaning of machine room, motor frame, control enclosure, car top, pit.(d) Checking hoisting rope tension, counterweight shoes, car frame, overspeed governor.(e) The contractor shall ensure uninterrupted functionality and safety of the lift throughout the maintenance period without any extra cost to the Government.
