1Earth work in excavation by mechanical/manual means in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, moorums of all varieties shingles, pebble all type of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, disintegrated rock, weathered rock, fissured shattered, decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiselling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited, in all conditions such as dry moist, saturated submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering including setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal stumps and other deleterious matters, dressing of side and bottoms and disposal of excavated soil/rock with all lifts and leads, and backfiling wherever required as per specification and drawing and as directed by the Engineer in charge etc. all complete.
2Earthwork in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm depth(but exceeding 1.5 m width as well as 10 sq.m on plan) including disposal of excavated earth beyond work site for all leads lift disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in:a) Ordinary soil
3Demolishing cement concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix including disposal of material within 50 m lead.
4Demolishing R.C.C. work including stacking of steel bars & disposal of unserviceable within 50 mts. Lead
5Dismantling steelwork in single sections in channels, angles, tees and flats including dismembering and stacking within 50 mts. Lead
6Demolishing laterite stone masonry in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mts. lead.
7Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification.
8Providing and laying Filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical specification
9Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and basement.

16Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in:a) All works upto plinth level
17Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in:a) All works upto plinth level
18b)In retaining walls , return walls(any thk) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc, upto floor five level.
19Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in all works upto plinth level or near ground level, including providing of construction joints properly formed or at the end of the days work and cured, supplying/installing of PVC water seal of 250 mm size at suitable places of required thicknesses as per detailed drawing and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
20Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for :i)Foundations, Footings, Bases for columns
21ii) Vertical surfaces such as retaining walls, return walls, Partitions, walls (any thickness) including attached Pilasters, Buttresses, Plinth and string courses, Fillets and the like
22iii) Columns, Piers, Pillars, Abutments, Posts and struts (square rectangle polygon in plan)
23xiii) Suspended floors, roofs landings, shelves & their supports
24Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.
25Providing and laying in position ready mixed concrete (RMC) with usage of Ordinary Portland Cement manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads having continous agitated mixer, maufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C , from the transit mixer to the site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including the cost of admixtures in recommended porportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability as per the directions of the Engineer in charge. All works upto floor V level.iv) M-25 grade of concrete
26Filler joint:ii) Providing & fixing 20 mm thick compressible fibre board in expansion joint complete as per drawing & Technical Specification.
27Supplying and fixing of Precast RCC slabs(factory made,the factory should be ISO certified and registered under Dirctorate of Industries, Govt. of India) at site in concrete Grade of M-25 with 20 mm nominal size Granitic or basaltic aggregate, consolidated by means of mechanical platform, vibration etc. with lifting hooks of M.s. 10mm bars and PVC cups including cost of reincforcement, Certificate from manufacturer shall be produced indicating grade of concret and minimum content of steel in the product along with 5 year free replacement warranty in case of breakage complete and as directed by Engineer -in -charge.d) Size 700 x 500 x 75 mm with steel reinforcemnt not less than 3.0 kgs per unit
28Asphaltic Plug joint (Providing and laying of asphaltic plug joint to provide for horizontal movement of 25 mm and vertical movement of 2 mm, depth of joint varying from 75 mm to 100 mm, width varying from 500 mm to 750 mm (in traffic direction), covered with a closure plate of 200mm x 6mm of wieldable structural steel conforming to IS: 2062, asphaltic plug to consist of polymer modified bitumen binder, carefully selected single size aggregate of 12.5 mm nominal size and a heat resistant foam caulking/backer rod, all as per approved drawings and specifications.)
29Providing and fixing weep holes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while laying pipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall, wing wall and earth retaining structure complete as directed by the Engineer in chargea) 110 mm dia
30Sub Surface Drains with Perforated Pipe (Construction of subsurface drain with perforated pipe of 100 mm internal diameter of metal/ asbestos cement/ cement concrete/PVC, closely jointed, perforations ranging from 3 mm to 6 mm depending upon size of material surrounding the pipe, with 150 mm bedding below the pipe and 300 mm cushion above the pipe, cross section of excavation 450 x 550 mm. Excavated material to be utilised in roadway at site )
31Exposed decorative laterite masonry using Patradevi stone of size as specified and laid as directed by architect in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
32Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.
33PCC M15 Grade leveling course below approach slab complete as per drawing and Technical specification
34Providing and laying factory made Shot blasted cement concrete interlocking paver block of minimum M35/M40 grade made by heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of aprpoved size and design / shape laid in 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer.- in I, Wave, Rectangular, Square etc. shapes. The products should comply to IS 15658:2006 and manfucatured by ISO9001: 2008 certified plant. The shot blasting should be done using 0.4-0.5mm dia steel shots with a speed of 3200 rpm.a) 60 mm thick in all colours except grey (M35 grade)
35c) 80 mm thick in all colours except grey (M40 grade)
36Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc.with hairline finish, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer, ( for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
37Precast plain cement chequered tiles 22 mm thick of required shades laid in floors, treads of steps and landing on 20 mm thick bed of Cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete.c) Dark shades using ordinary cement

44Restoration and rejuvenation of water bodies by desilting, cleaning of inlet and outlet from obstrution/s- Removing of existing stone masonry work over a specific pheripheral area all round near the stream exit, cleaning of source by desilting including all necessary arrangements, laying of perforated geosynthetic pipes of desired dia. and connecting it with RCC pipe of 300 mm dia. at its outlet, all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

46Supply and installation (in dry condition) of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire Mesh 1m High Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012, MoRTH Clause 2500, of required sizes, Mesh Type 10x12 (D=100mm with tolerance of +/-2%), Zn + PVC coated, Mesh Wire dia. 2.7/3.7mm (ID/OD), mechanically edged / selvedged, with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of mesh openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of dia 2.2/3.2 mm (ID/OD), supplied @ 5% by weight of gabion boxes(only 5%by weight of gabion boxes will be supplied) ,as per detailed specification conforming to codes in vogue all complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge
