Name of Work:- Internal Repair works on 2800 mm dia RCC pipeline using chemical compounds on select locations from chainage 8.00 Km to 12.60 Km under maintenance of 200 cusec delhi water supply scheme.

1INTERNAL REPAIR WORK ON SELECT CHAINAGES
2Making lighting arrangement inside the RCC conduit by laying/stretching 4 Sq mm 2 core PVC insulated 1100V grade copper cable on top surface of RCC conduit, supply and fixing of multiple holder and 15 watt LED of Bajaj/Anchor/Havells or equivalent ISI mark at a maximum distance 6m c/c between two lights including drilling of G.I. hook,PVC clip,cutting of cable, labour and T&P etc complete.
3Dewatering from pipe line of 200 cusec pipe line including hiring of pump set of . diesel operator etc. complete & suction pipe & delivery etc. complete.
4Hiring of generator 100 KVA at site for 8 hours shift including supply of diesel, Mobil oil, generator operator and cartage up to site. (Considered 2 Shift per day)
5Cleaning of Joints including removing of baker rod, filling and all other loose materials from the expansion joint and clean the surface around the joint to make it free from loose particles,dirt,oil,grease etc and disposal of malba/debris outside of pipeline including all labour,T&P etc complete.
6Drilling and fixing injection packers in RC members including, Drilling Holes: Drilling holes in structural members at the intervals as per recommendation of engineer in charge.Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Fixing of Packers: Insert 12 mm dia., 50~75 mm long injection packers in cleaned holes with moisture insensitive epoxy resin based putty or equivalent. Cutting of Packers: Cut the packers by cut of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.Patching Hole:- After cutting of packer we patch the hole on epoxy putty.
7Supply and apply single component, Polyurethane Injection foam based system for wet condition and temporary sealing, which cures to a dense flexible foam with a fine cellular structure. Minimum Product Requirements:Viscosity cps 500-1300 at 23°C
8Supply and apply 2 component, elastic, low viscous, solvent free, Polyurethane Injection resin based system for permanent sealing, that does not need the presence of water for hardening reactionProduct Requirements:Viscosity of mixture < 100 mPa•s (at +20°C) Capable of penetrating cracks>0.2mm wide with a CE Marking (European Conformity) -> Conformance label that product is approved to the essential requirements and under market surveillance
9Repairing the edges of the joint (in case of weak concrete at the joint edge) and also configuring the joint width (in case of expansion joints with irregular width more than the width of the chosen Sikadur Combiflex Tape width) with epoxy repair mortar Sikadur 31 and Sikadur 41/ Sika Latex or its equivalent.
10Filling the joints with Rubber compression seal for expansion joints of size next higher to the joint gap and apply Polysulphide sealant in the expension joint up to a depth equal to not less than 1/2 the width of the joint including insert bitumen impregnated board as filling material,T&P etc. complete.
11Providing and applying the base coat of epoxy adhesive on both sides of the joint as per the width of the Sikadur Combiflex SG Tape.Product: Sikadur-Combiflex® Adhesive or its equivalentConsumption: 1.4 kg/m (strip width 200 mm)Product requirements: mixed density: 1.60kg/ltr; bond strength > 2 N/mm2.

13Providing and applying epoxy adhesive coat over the water proofing tape on either side of the joint, covering the sheet at the top and extending 5mm beyond the edges over the lower layer of adhesive and finishing the top layer of adhesive by tapering the edges comletely sandwiching the joint sealing tape.Product: Sikadur-Combiflex® Adhesive or its equivalentConsumption: 1.4 kg/m (strip width 200 mm)Product requirements: mixed density: 1.60 kg/ltr; bond strength > 2 N/mm2.
14Removing all existing unsound/loose material like plaster,loose concrete,loose particle,oil,dust and other impurities etc manually by chisel and hammer from rcc conduit surface. Making Rcc surface thoroughly cleaned using wire brush and water including disposal of debris outside of pipeline.
15Application of rust remover (Restolene) on steel bars and also application polymer (Build Crete) in two coats on steel bars and on concrete surface using Restolene.
16Providing and applying the epoxy based bonding agent on the prepared surface. Product: Sikadur®-32 LP or its equivalent Consumption: 0.45kg/m2 Product requirements: mixed density: 1.70kg/ltr; shear strength > 10MPa.
17Providing, mixing and applying polymer modified cement concrete/mortar at an average thickness of 10-12 mm in multilayers, including making smooth surface with wooden tools etc complete as per specification and directions of enginner in charge.
