| 2 | Dismantling the 60 HP motor from base frame after decoupling it from pump of 2 cusec discharge and then dismantling the pump from base frame of unit II at LIS Zanihal. Carriage of pump to road side using tools and tackles with the help of manual labour passing through nallah and hilly terrain (Approximately 800 Mtrs). Loading in mechanical transport for shifting to workshop for repair and carriage back to lift station in the same manner after conducting necessary repair. The job includes cost of manual labour hire charges of tools and tackles, carriage charges through head load and mechanical transport(to & fro) .Repairs to 2 cusec discharge 45 Mtrs. head pump at workshop by way of dismantling it for extraction of old damaged and worn out parts i.e. bearings, sleeves ,check nut, gland packing, gasket, gland bushes, pump shaft, impeller. Repair to impeller by way of brazing, turning and finishing to size, also repair to pump shaft of stainless steel by way of welding, turning, machining, threading& finishing to the required size. P/F of 1No. gland bush, 1No. chuck nut, 2Nos. bearings, sleeves. Re-assembling all parts of pump with proper greasing and suitable gland packing, oil paper. Fabrication of new gland set and P/F of new rubber star cushioning for star coupling as per sample. Job includes cost of material, labour charges, installation and testing on full load condition at LIS Zanihal.Dismantling of the damaged 60 HP motor at workshop for repairs to rotor by way of rebuilding, turning of the rotor shaft and finishing to bearing size, making new keyway for coupling, P/F of new bearings as per sample and sleeves (DE & NDE). P/F of bearing end cover plate 01No. Complete greasing of the bearings and assembling the rotor and stator. The job also includes complete rewinding of the motor with new copper wires of requisite gauge and specifications of standard make. Providing/fitting of new insulation, packing material, then varnishing with superior quality varnish & drying in oven in controlled temperature. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges. Repair to foot valve of 8” f of unit II by way of Dismantling of foot valves from suction line by way of cutting/unscrewing the nuts and bolts then extracting out the foot valves from the sump tank using tools and tackles with the help of manual labour. Dismantling the foot valves and then replacing the leather sheet of appropriate size with required nuts and bolts. Assembling back the foot valves and then lowering into the sump tank using tools and tackles with help of skilled and semiskilled labour. Fitting of the foot valves back to the suction line by p/f rubber sheet joint for flange cut to appropriate size and with new nuts & bolts of required sizes Complete job includes cost of material labour charges and testing on full load. Repairs to Star Delta starter of unit II of 60 HP motor by way of extracting the damaged worn out parts. Providing and fitting of no voltage coil, over load relay, moving and fixed contacts. Repairs to tripping system by brazing and finishing to required size. Replacement of worn out thimbles, by way of cutting the burnt ends of cables and then p/f of thimble of appropriate rating/sizes. Toping up transformer oil by 07 litres. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges Disconnecting the 100 KVA electric transformers from the input and output connections from HT and LT side after ensuring the shutdown from the concerned Elect. Sub-division. Dismantling/extracting the leg coil assembly along with allied parts of the transformer after removing the top cover of the transformer and then loading the coil assembly using manual labour & crane /chain pulley block in a vehicle and then shifting it to workshop for repairs. Rewinding of 01 no. HT leg coil with specified wire of appropriate gauge & reconditioning of 03 nos. LT leg coils which includes proper tapping and insulation. Keeping the leg coils assembly in the oven to make the assembly moisture free so that required megger value is achieved. Then Shifting the leg coil assembly along with allied parts of transformer back to site, unloading at LIS Zanihal. Draining the old contaminated transformer oil and cleaning the sump tank with the appropriate cleaning agent. Lowering of the coils assembly inside the sump of the transformer, then installing the transformer on the hoisting channel with the help of crane/chain pulley and skilled manual labour. Complete Providing and fitting of LT bush rods- 03 Nos. and HT bush rods -03 Nos. along with insulators and requisite nuts and bolts and gaskets and other necessary items. Filling the transformer oil in the sump after giving heat treatment to make it moisture free and topping up with 80 liters fresh transformer oil. Refitting of the top cover by providing/fitting of gaskets, nuts and bolts. Testing the continuity of each phase and securing all connections, connecting the HT supply by way of replacing the old damaged thimbles of appropriate rating and size and then connecting the LT supply by providing and fitting of incoming cable 140 sq mm 3.5 core armored cable 35 meter from transformer to main switch. The job includes making of connections to the panel with newly provided cable by providing/ fitting of thimbles, insulating and fixing and providing suitable support. Testing of the 100 KVA transformer on full load at site. Complete job involves cost of material, labour charges and hire charges of tools and tackles. The complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, loading & unloading, to & fro carriage, testing and installation and hire charges of the crane used during the execution of job. |
