| 2 | This including daily checking of the following functioning: (a) Check for unserviceable lamps (b) Check for dim Lights (c) Check for broken Lens (d) Only Checking of CCR Operation (e) Check for vegetation (f) Check for dirty lens (g) Check for improper ground elevation (h) check for improper light elevation (j) Check for moisture present in CI Box (k) Monthly check of all earthing and submitting the report to the department. (l) Comprehensive maintenance of UPS as per Manufacturer maintenance procedure like checking the terminals and replacement of any minor parts.(m) Cleaning of all Cable chambers by removing all mud / grass and foreign material and also removing water if any.(n) Surface dressing around all CI boxes and runway lights up to 1 metre radius for removing unwanted grass.(o) Checking the working of the wind cone.(p) Primary cable Insulation meggering all runway circuits & should ensure IR valve as per ICAO Standards submit the monthly report to Engineer in charge as required all as directed by Engineer in Charge(q)Testing and Calibration of Precision approach path indicator (PAPI) unit including any repair work for placing the check stick for calibration of PAPI unit & required maintenance carried out for control box for PAPI Unit complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.
