| 1 | Annual Administrative Charges for issuance of NoC for Removal of Sediments/De-silting of Seer Khad (Himachal Pradesh) in Bhakra Dam Reservoir Area as maintenance activity. Note:- 1. The Bidder shall quote the Annual Administrative Charges payable to BBMB in figures as well as in words, strictly in accordance with the Price Bid Format.2. The Minimum Reserve Price for Annual Administrative Charges (exclusive of GST) has been fixed as ₹50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakh only) per annum.3. The quoted Annual Administrative Charges shall be equal to or higher than the Minimum Reserve Price specified above.4. Any bid quoting Annual Administrative Charges less than ₹50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakh only) per annum shall be treated as non-responsive and shall be rejected without further consideration.5. The Highest Annual Administrative Charges arrived after completion of forward auction shall be considered for selection of the Successful Bidder and this Annual Administrative Charges shall remain applicable for each year of the NoC Period and shall be payable in accordance with the provisions of the EoI Document.6. The Annual Administrative Charges are exclusive of all applicable taxes, GST, duties, cess, royalty, statutory fees, license fees, environmental charges and other levies payable under applicable laws, which shall be borne solely by the Successful Bidder.
