1PART (A): E&M(i) Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 50 KLD STP
2Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of FRP (Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic) Prefabricated single unit with packaged Sewage treatment plant (STP) of 50 kLD (Kilo Liter Per Day) capacity with MBBR Technology, that is installation of plant/system underground including cost of excavation, preparation of foundation of all equipments and tanks as required, with automatic operation and making good after installation etc. complete in all respect to make the system functional including 5 years of maintenance with 1st year free maintenance. The FRP STP should be portable and comply/confirming to ISI/BIS or international standard like ISO certification etc. on turnkey basis including all E&M, Shuttering and civil works, the system shall include :-a) Raw water pumps 2 Nos. (1Working + 1Standby) and Treated water pumps 2 Nos. (1Working + 1Standby) of appropriate capacity & approved make,b) Appropriate nos. of blowers for aerobic operation with suitable ratings,c) Raw water and treated water tanks of 10,000 liters capacity each,d) All interconnecting pipes and fittings in CPVC,e) Control panel for automatic operation of plants of reputed make. Panel should be complete with Isolation push button for every equipment and auto manual selection switches. The control shall be one integrated panel with all requisite controls for Raw Water pump, Air Blowers & with Automatic Water level Control, timers etc as required. The panel shall be programmed for Auto operation & startup of requisite equipment as per indication from Water Level Controllers installed in Treated and Raw water tanks complete with all interconnecting cable and fittings,f) Cabling, wiring, earthing, lighting arrangement and all electrical fittings or any other component if required as per design requirement.g) Protection cage covering whole plant including all equipments and tanks, made up of Mild steel structure (with priming 2 coats of anticorrosive red oxide primer and 2 or more coats of synthetic enamel paint) including GI chain link fabric fencing of required width of mesh size 50×50 mm. The height of the cage should be atleast 3 meters. The cage should have ceiling of hot rolled color coated steel metro sheet. The cage should have proper lighting inside and outside. h) GI pipe of 65 mm dia including painting with 2 coats of anticorrosive bitumen paint (maximum length 100 m), including all accessories required and providing 20mm dia vertical hydrants at a distance of every 20 meter on main line.i) The output quality of treated water should meet the standard of CPCB/DPCC norms for horticulture purpose.
3(ii)Installation of pumps for distribution of water to various Parks.
4SITC of 3 HP Suction 80-65 delivery 65*50 MM Monosubmersible pump set capable of delivering upto 1100 LPM to 100 LPM at a head of upto 8-24 mtr coupled with 3 Phase 415 v AC electric motor complete with accessories etc as required.
5Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of cubical type control panel board for single phase & Three Phase submersible pumping set of following ratingcomplete with contactor, relay , MCB ,condenser ,voltmeter, ammeter and indication lamp etc including connections etc as reqd.3 HP (Three Phase)
6Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
