If possibility of water is seen then the bore will resume.(B) The cost of necessary fuel, lubricant and chemical extra required for construction of work shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer and nothing extra shall be paid for these items.(C) The Contractor shall execute the borewell work first. Only after successful development of Borewell, execution of rest of the work as per BOQ shall be undertaken complete all as directed.(D) (a) In case of sufficient yield and potable water quality, trial bore will be developed as per the BOQ.(b) In case of insufficient yield, trial bore will be abandoned.Note : Contractor will be paid for Item No 9 & 10 of BOQ & the contract will be FORECLOSED. (c) In case of Non Potable water Quality, Trial Bore will abandoned. Note : Contractor will be paid for item no 9 to 11 of BOQ & the contract will be foreclosed. |
