1Dismantling the damaged floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar with mosaic tiles / Glazed tiles/cuddapah slab and clearing away with carefully stacking the material useful for reuse for any thickness etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.
2Providing two legged scaffolding using 48.30mm dia heavy duty MS pipe over all height of 3.00m the distance between 2 legs being 1.25m and the spacing of the post being 2m in each rows and providing platform with C.W. planks using 40mm thick silver oak and 1.00m wide in complete form with horizontal bracings @ 1.50m c/c vertical direction and with cross bracings using same 48.30mm dia including cutting, threading assembly with red oxide primer, labour charges cost of speicals such on large plate, shoe, carcher, coupling, bolt and nut transportation charges and handling charges. The bottom of vertical post shall rest on 300x300x70mm 1:2:4 concrete base as per the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

5Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in positon of RCC Jally of 5cm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm machine crushed stone jelly (excluding cost of reinforcement steel) including cost of mould, finishing, curing, lifting, fixing in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
6Providing and Applying high strength, hybrid polyurethane Waterproofing coating which is two component, cold applied, water based acrylic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the Existing Roof screed surface applied @ 1.6 L/m2 in 3 coats to achieve 1mm DFT, having tensile strength with 45 gsm glass fibre mesh 10N/mm2 , Elongation ≥ 200%, confirming to ASTM D2370; Abrasion resistance 15mg confirming to ASTM D 4060 and Crack bridging ability up to 3 mm, including surface preparation, ensure surface in SSD condition for first coat and spreading 45 gsm glass fibre mesh of 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm sandwiched between the first and second coat completely as per specification. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.
7Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers
8Providing, mixing, laying polymer based water proofing treatment for the Sunken toilet by applying cement based, flexible, water proofing compound confirming to IS:2645, to a thickness of 1mm of the prepared surface of the roof slab/floor slab as per specifications mentioned above providing cement mortar 1:3, water proofing cover plaster to a thickness of 12mm over the membrane coating with admixture of approved make. Rate quoted is inclusive of preparation of surface, which includes cleaning of surface polymer mortar curing, labour, tools and equipment, etc. Rate inclusive of cement and sand required for the treatment, the cost and labour charges for fixing 25mm dia pressure pipes 15kg/cm2 to a length of 45cm for drip pipes, etc. complete.
9Flooring with ceramic tiles of following size and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

11Fabricating Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium anodised Powder Coated of single leaf door with 12mm thick both side Bison board at top and bottom .The outer frame shall be with aluminium box section 101.60x44.45x3.18m at 2.319kg/m and Shutter frame made of section Vertical & Top rail: [email protected] kg/m and Bottom rail: 100x44.45x2.50mm@ 1.974 kg/m, Lock rail : 50x44.45x2.5mm @ 1.292 kg/m,Alu. Clips: 17.15x17.27x1.50mm @ 0.176 kg/m,Alu. Handle: 100x30mm @ 0.988 kg/m and necessary accessories such as aluminium clips, rubber beading, PVC felt, handle for a length of shutter (both sides), locking arrangements, furniture fittings such as aluminium tower bolts-250x12mm - Eachs., aluminium tower bolt 200x12mm - 1No., aluminium Hydraulic door closer - 1No ., lock-1No., Door stopper with rubber bushincluding cost of materials labour charges and power consumption charges required for fabrication including chipping, dismantling and making hole to the required extent in RCC column, beams, masonry with power drill wherever necessary and redoing the damaged portion to the original condition after fixing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.. All the Alu. Section are to be anodised with matt finish under electricaly controlled conditions in accordance with IS 1868/1962 for an average anatic film thickness of 15 microns etc., complete. Aluminium sections, and furniture fittings shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer incharge.
12Providing and fixing 25 mm thick solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) door shutter of approved make( Rajshree/ Equivalent) , manufactured from high-quality virgin PVC resin, wood flour and additives by extrusion process, having a minimum density of 0.75 g/cm³ (750 kg/m³), with smooth factory-finished surface, moisture-proof, termite-proof, borer-proof, fungus-resistant and fire-retardant properties. The shutter shall be fixed to approved WPC door frame using stainless steel butt hinges and complete with stainless steel tower bolt, mortise handle, door stopper, screws and all necessary hardware. The work shall include transportation, loading and unloading, cutting, fitting, alignment, fixing of frame with suitable fasteners, filling gaps with cement mortar/PU foam, making good the jambs, cleaning the site and providing all labour, materials, tools and plants, complete in all respects as directed by the Departmental Officers
13Supplying and fixing in position damaged PVC panelled door ( Syntex / Equivalent) and cupboard shutters hollow type - 200 mm x 20 mm panels with 1 mm wall thickness for panels and styles and rails of suitable size with 2 mm wall thickness suitably reinforced using MS Angle / Flat including cost of necessary Aluminium hinges and other furniture fittings. Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
14Renewing and refixing in damaged door Stopper with new one of Brass Door Stopper of approved make (DYNA make or its equivalent) including cost of CP screws etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
15Renewing and refixing in position damaged door closer with newe one of Door closer (DYNA make or its equivalent) with necessart screws and nails including labour charges etc.,Complete and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
16Supplying fabricate manufacturing, placing and fixing the new aluminium powder coated fly mosquito proof window shutter of using shutter frame of size 20mmx12m with horizontal middle stiffener of size 20 mmx12mm and fixing stainless steel 304L grade mesh of approved quality, including cutting the mesh required size and fixing along with shutter with nesecessry hinges arrangement, pivot closer all-round the window shutter etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
17Supply and fixing Weld mesh 2.50cmx2.50cm 10 gauge including labour charges for fixing and cutting welding charges etc., complete complying with std. specification and as directed by the deptl. Officer.

(The wash hand basin and specials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).
22Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of required size and Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)
23Renewing the damaged broken unservicewable Health faucet with new one of Two way bib cock tap with flexible hose 15mm dia (Parryware / Hindware/ equivalent) of approved quality and make including labour charges for fixing in position etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
24Supplying and fixing approved best quality (Parryware / Hindware/ equivalent) brass CP towel rack 600mm long with brackets of same materials including cost of teak wood plugs and CP screws, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The tower rail should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).
25Renewing the damaged broken unservicewable Wall mixer tap with new one of C.P. coated two in one wall mixer tap of approved quality (Parryware / Hindware/ equivalent) and make including labour for fixing in position etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
26Supplying and fixing in position Indian make bevelled edge mirror of approved quality and size, shelf type with hard board backing of approved colour fixed with brass screws, rawl plug, etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The mirror should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on woks)

28Renewing the damaged broken unservicewable shower rose withnew one of (Parryware / Hindware/ equivalent) shower rose with arm and wall flange Parryware of approved quality and make including labour for fixing in position etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
29Supplying and fixing in positon Parryware Indian Water Closet with flushing tank of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with \\"P\\" or \\"S\\" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia PVC pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).
30Supplying and fixing in position 15mm dia special type SS Long body tap (heavy duty) of approved make (Parryware / Hindware/ equivalent) conforming to BIS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc., complete complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary. (Taps should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on the works)
31Supplying and fixing position PVC Nahani Trap of size 100 x 75mm with best stainless steel gratings of approved brand and quality, fixed over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (One part of lime, two part of sand and five part of 40mm gauge brick jelly) and finished with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement, Three sand) including dismantling masonry works wherever found necessary and making good the dismantled portions to the original condition and giving connection to the CI / PVC pipes, etc., complete complying with standard specification.
