| 1 | Taking down for servicing of split type AC 1.5/2 TR Capacity including cleaning of cooling coil, air filters/plasma filters etc, (Indoor unit), condenser, compressors, fan motor etc,(Out door unit) with vacuum cleaner or cleaning solution including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, Remote control unit including PCB, fan, blower, etc., keeping the AC unit in satisfactory working condition after necessary servicing as required and refixing the same in existing position complete all as specified and as directed . |

(ii) Contractor shall maintain register of servicing as per format given by Engr-in-Charge duly signed by User, where the servicing of equipment carry out and produce as and when asked complete all as specified and as directed.(iii) All complaint/repairs shall be attended/completed within 06 Hour failing which a recovery of Rs 500/- per day per complaint shall be made from contractor dues. |
