| 1 | Providing and Fixing of Aluminum composite laminated Paneling:Providing and fixing of Aluminum composite panels of 4 mm thick, 0.25 grade of approved shade. The job includes Providing and fixing of framework fabricated out of special type aluminum anodized sections of 40 mm x 25 mm of 2 mm thickness @ 0.33kg/m, to form grids (Size of the grids shall be as per the requirements at site). The basic framework shall be fixed to the masonry or concrete work with adequate and properly designed anchor fasteners – SS 316 nuts and bolts etc. The framework shall be finished to line and level. The Aluminum composite panel shall be fitted horizontally and as per design on to the frame work with spacer foam tape and applying Architectural grade silicone construction sealant (UV resistant) of Dow corning 789. The tools and tackles required for the job shall be arranged by the firm. The job also includes cost on account of exterior scaffolding as per site requirement. The design and molding shall be done as per directions of site Incharge. All items deemed fit for the job not included in the description shall be inclusive in the job. The 3D-design and shade shall be got finalized/ selected by the competent authority prior to start of the work. |

The job includes Providing and fixing of framework fabricated out of special type aluminum anodized sections of 40 mm x 25 mm of 2 mm thickness @ 0.33kg/m, to form grids (Size of the grids shall be as per the requirements at site). | 4 | Providing and fitting of manually operated, cord drawn, horizontal window double sided blind of reputed make, in superior. The blinds should provide excellent UV protection, insulation and energy saving. The fabric of the blinds shall be durable, long lasting, stain resistant and dust built-up resistant and shall be washable. The rod setup including gears and other essential items is included in the job. All the Tools Tackles/Labour/Accessories/ Metal hardware etc. required for the job to be arranged by the firm. |
| 5 | 7 seater sofa set for Executive Engineer’s cabin as below, the sofa shall be fabricated from 7 seater (3 + 2 +1+1) Shesham Wood solid sofa set with walnut finish along with sofa dimensions as : Inner dimensions three seater : Length 63 in x Depth 24 in/ 2 seater length 42 in x depth 24 in / single seater length 21 in x depth 24 in, height of all seats 18 inch. The sofa shall be of premium quality with thick double layered arms. The structural wood shall be chemically treated. The sofa fabric shall be high quality suede. The legs shall be of solid wood for stability. The sofa cushioning shall be of polyurethane foam of density 32-40 kg/m3 in seat, back , etc with additional 3.8 mm dia spring and webbing in the seat support area and the webbing at the back ( to be selected by the Engineer in charge, quality of cloth & foam material) warranty: I Year. |
| 6 | The arm chair shall be service arm chairs: Supply of wooden upholstered service arm chairs (02 no’s) in walnut finish and suede fabric camouflaged in all respects with the sofa set. Size of each chair: L-20inch x D-22inch and height 18inch. The chairs shall have walnut finish, wooden arm-rests and legs. The upholstery shall be provided to seat and back along with 32 kg/m3 density polyurethane foam (to be selected by engineer incharge) |
| 7 | Centre table: Supply of walnut finish sheesham wooden center table of size(18”x18”x24” high) with 12mm thick glass mounted top and wooden flat bed (to be selected by engineer incharge) |
| 8 | Fabrication of officers table made of walnut wood. The walnut wood shall be seasoned and chemical treated with hand carving as per approved design (selected by the engineer in charge ). The size of office table shall be 7ft x 3.5 ft with one side computer table along with 8 mm glass on top. The job includes handles , soft close hinges any other builder hardware etc as required.
