| 1 | S&F in replacement PVC/ FRP terminal plates suitable for 75/100 HP 3 phase induction motor including provision of GI nut bolt and washers of appropriate size as per existing make and model complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 2 | M&L for complete repairing of the flocculator and associated intake and outlet channels, including the following scope of work: (i) Welding and brazing works for replacement of unserviceable wheels. (ii) Replacement (labour only) of wheel bearings with housing covers (04 Nos.) of existing size. (iii) Servicing of 05 Nos. electric motors of the flocculator. (iv) Filling of gear oil (Servo 90, 40 litres). (v) Fixing of carbon brushes (48 Nos.) with shaft, as per existing model/sample. (vi)Fabrication and installation of shaft slip rings, as per approved sample. (vii) Supply and fixing of necessary stainless steel nuts, bolts, and washers. (viii) Testing, commissioning, and ensuring smooth functionality of the complete flocculator system. Complete works shall be carried out in accordance with the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Notes:-1 All materials required for execution of this item (Bearings, Wheels, Shaft Slip Rings, Carbon Brushes, Gear oil and Copper Windings) shall be measured and paid separately under Item Nos. 2.01 to 2.06.2. This item covers labour, fabrication, installation, testing, and associated fittings, excluding the supply of materials covered in item No 2.01 to 2.06.3. After repair, the flocculator must operate smoothly. Any defect arising within 12 months from the date of completion shall be rectified by the contractor at no extra cost to the department. |

| 13 | M&L for removal, cleaning, and reinstallation of filter media and support media in Filter Beds No. 1 & 2 (Capacity: 25,000 Gallons/Hour each) at the main filtration plant, including the following operations:-1. Removal of existing filter and support media from both filter beds.2. Cleaning and washing of media using hypochlorite acid solution and a mechanical mixer machine.3. Removal of sludge, mud, dust, and muddy sand from fine sand and gravel.4. Sieving, regrading, and re-laying of support media in the following graded layers: 65 mm to 38 mm gravel – 0.15 m height 38 mm to 20 mm gravel – 0.15 m height 20 mm to 12 mm gravel – 0.15 m height 12 mm to 5 mm gravel – 0.60 m height5. Re-filling of cleaned and graded support media, complete in all respects as per standard engineering practices and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note: 1. Support media and filter media (fine sand), if additionally required to top up the filter bed, shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.2. The entire work must be carried out by a specialist/expert team from a reputed and authorized company in the field of water treatment technology, with prior concurrence of the Engineer-in-Charge.3. After cleaning and re-filling, water quality testing shall be conducted as per IS: 10500 – 2012 standards at the Indore PHED water testing laboratory.4. Satisfactory test reports must be submitted to Engr-in-Charge before processing the Running Account (RAR) payment. |
