Name of Work:- Repair and Maintenance of R.I. Office-cum-Residence Building of Dangosaroda R.I. Circle at Dangosaroda under Chandrapur Block building in the district of Rayagada for the year 2026-27.

1Clearing and grubbing of road land including uprooting vegetation grass, bush, shrubs and trees of girth up to 300mm, with all labour, T&P, taxes & cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
2Providing fitting fixing of false ceiling with Aluminium anodised T section No.3215 with 2'0\\" center to center, L section No.1705 on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C. plug and the Aluminium grid 2'0\\"x2'0\\" with 9 mm thick Prelaminated particle board (Novapan standard type) (I.S.I.) suspended from ceiling including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
3Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
4Wall Priming one coat over wall surface with approved primer to give an even shade including cost of primer, labour & materials etc complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
5Distempering two coats with approved shade, over a coat of priming with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etcomplete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
6Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint (Weather coat) of approved shade on Old work One coats, over a coat of priming, to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
7Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint (Weather coat) of approved shade on new work two coats, over a coat of priming, to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
8Providing and fixing Marble tiles in dados, skirting and rises of steps on 12mm th cement plaster (1:3) (1cement:3sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance, taxes & labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
9Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S doors and windows shutters of approved design in proper position making good to the damges of walls of R.C.C or other structural etc. including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukhats with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials required for the work, labour and T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
10Labour for fixing of M.S doors and windows shutters of approved design in proper position making good to the damges of walls of R.C.C or other structural etc. including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukhats with cost, conveyance, taxes, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
11Providing and painting two coats over wood/steel surface with approved shade and quality to enamel paint over a coat of primer of approved quality in all floors and all heights including preparing the surface, watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries and T&P. etc. required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
12Earth work excavation in foundation hard soil including moorum, stoney earth mixed with boulders with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth away from the work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and cess required for the work and etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge
13Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty of all the materials required for the work labour with T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
14Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
15Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete and compacting in layers not exceeding 15cm thick with proper packing and ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator including watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
