Lloyd, sintex, Mectec, Rinac (Conforming to IS: 12436) on both side having polyurethane foam of density 40+ 2kg/cum between sheets. The panel sheet shall have corrugated sheet at top having crest of approx 30mm and the bottom shall be plane sheet with ribs. The panel sheets have one meter width and panel length as per length of room without any joint. The panel shall be fixed in tongue and groove joint with help of flashing comprising of PPGI U channels, L- section, end cap, POP revits, screws and other accessories complete in all respect. The PUF shall be CFC free and ozone friendly made with blowing agent will be N- Pantene. The gap at joint shall be filled with silicon sealant of approved brand (Macoy, pidilite or its equivalent). | 5 | Dismantling of ceramic tiles or vitrified and plaster to making the surface clean for refixing the glazed tiles including removing of malba complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. |
| 6 | Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x 600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade. The tiles are to be fixed with 3mm grove using spacers. The tiles are to be laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm The grove are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material.
