Including Supply Of Capital Spares, Commissioning & Start-Up Spares And Special Tools If Any.A. Vendor Shall Supply Leak Detection System With Installation Materials Etc. For Complete Installation And Commissioning Of The Pipeline Leak Detection System As Per Mr & Specifications Attached.B. Complete Installation And Commissioning By Vendor.C. Operator Work Station At Dispatch Terminal Of 32 Along With All Accessories.D. The Vendor Shall Provide Complete Training To The Engineer / Operator. The Training Period Shall Be Of One Week (7 Days) Excluding Holidays
