1Excavation in soil in Hilly area by mechinical /Manual means in all heights and depths all kinds of soil such as a pick work , jumper work , blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiesling / wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited ) and other intermediate classification of soil including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposal unserviceable material by mechnical transport to designated dumping site and stacking the serviceable/ useful material as directed by the Engineer -in - Charge, muttams shall be left at suitable place as directed by Engineer- in - Charge and shall be removed only after attaining the formation level and after final checking of Engineer-in- Charge. The work shall be executed in workman like manner and avoid any damage to the private / Govt. property in the vicinity of work site , if any damage occurs to any property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor , which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
2Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation, trenches, drains (Any width or square metre on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto any height, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed in all kinds of classification, of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work saturated soils including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soils, dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.
3Providing and laying, mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement : four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) in foundation and plinth including curing complete excluding the cost of form work but including carriage of material with in all leads, lift, and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
4Providing and laying, mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement : Five sand : Ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) including curing complete excluding the cost of form work above plinth level up to floor all level including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
5Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three coarse sand (zone - III) : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm (seventy five milimetre) thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm (forty mimi metre) nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
6Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete as required including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
7Reinforced cement concrete work in walls any thickness including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor all level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement in secified grade of reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete as required including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
8Reinforced cement concrete work in Beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor all levels excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
9Reinforcement cement concrete work in arches, archribs, domes, vaults, shells, folded plate and roofs having slope more than 15° (fifteen degree) up to all floor level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) mechanically mixed vibrated and curing complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lift and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
10Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm ( three point fifteen millimetre ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm (Thirty millimetre x Thirty millimetre x five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies in any height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto floor all level and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in:-
11Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete
12Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.
13Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders,bressumers and cantilevers.
14Columns, pillars, posts and struts square, rectangular or polygonal in plan as required.
15Stairs, (excluding landings) except spiral stair cases.
16Edges of slab and breaks in floor and walls under 20 cm wide as required.
17Providing tor steel reinforcement TMT bars of grade Fe-500 D or more ISI make high yield strength for reinforced cement concrete work including straightening, cutting ,bending, binding and placing in position and cost of binding wire complete up to floor all levels including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge
18Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth im cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement:6 coarse sand) including curing complete and carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
19Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor all level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing complete and carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
20Random rubble masonry with hard stone of approved quailty in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six coarse sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including curing complete and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
21Stone soling under floor complete as required including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
22Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick granite stone, marble or kota stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
23Providing second class deodar wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position, as required including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
24Providing and fixing 40 mm (forty millimeters) thick panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows, including black enameled iron butt hinges with necessary screws of second class deodar wood including carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals
25Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion in side grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick. Glazing with float glass pan 5mm ( five millimeters) thick (weight not less then 12.5 kg/sqm) plain glass panes with deodar wood beading complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals.
26Providing and fixing 40 mm (forty millimeters) thick wire gauge shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows, using galvanized MS wire gauge of IS gauge desigination 85 G with wire of dia 0.56mm including black enameled iron butt hinges with necessary screws of second class deodar wood including carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals .
27Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws etc. conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
28Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium work for doors, windows,ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P.brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
29Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window,ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge .(Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) With float glass panes of 8 mm thickness(weight not less than 20 kg/ sqm) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
30Providing extra for lipping with 2nd class teak wood battens 25 mm (twenty-five milimetre) minimum depth on all edges of flush door shutters (over all area of door shutter to be measured) complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
31Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood 50X20 mm wooden moulded beading to door and window frames with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
32Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete .Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc. including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
33Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15 cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
34Providing and fixing Stainless Steel extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
35Providing and fixing 250 x 16 mm (two hundred fifty X sixteen milimetres) bright finished stainless steel sliding door bolts, ISI marked with nuts, bolts & screws complete with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

47Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles 600 mm x 600 mm x 10 mm with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make Kajaria/Nitco/Jonson tiles in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
