2Carriage of Geo Bags of size 1.03 × 0.70 m / 1.0 x 0.7m including loading & unloading, stacking, etc. complete and including hire charge of truck with driver and handyman cost of POL etc. completed as directed. Distance from Divisional Store to Work Site = 10KM
3Excavation of specified silt from flood plain or adjacent chars, within a distance of 2000m of the work site and filling geobags of size 1.03M x 0.70M with silt, Weighing the same, for each silt filled bags to weigh 126 kg after filling, stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene or polyster thread by power driven double needle machine as per drawing and technical specification, stockpiling the same in batches of 100 for easy counting and carrying the same and unloading in the work site or in the dumping pontoon / barge stationed in the work site by engine boat including all loading and unloading, handling charges and any local carriage within a distance of 250m including all lead and lift etc. complete as directed. (Geo bags and polypropylene thread will be supplied by the Deptt. free of cost.)
4Filling and laying of Geo bags of size 1.03 m × 0.70 m excluding excavation of sand/silt from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90 m of the work site, filling geo bags with sand/silt having minimum weighing 126.00 Kg and minimum volume 0.084 Cum after filling , double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle double stitched machine, stacking the same in batches of 100, carrying the same to the dumping site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 150 m and laying properly as directed.(Sand/silt, Geo Bag and Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the department free of cost) With Boat
5Dumping of sand/silt Geo-bags from properly positioned and anchored flat top pontoop / barge over an area specified by bathymetric survey for uniform area coverage along the bank line upto the designed length towards making a provisional falling apron at the end of the section away from bank line including loading, unloading, sequential stacking on the pontoon / barge including mobilisation of all necessary equipment etc. complete as per technical specification and approved design and contractor's method statement, the pontoon (minimum length-30m) position shall be monitored by RTK-GPS or Total Station upto a accuracy of + 10cm and a minimum 30m long barge / pontoon and should cover at least an area of 30m x 20m per working day including the provisional falling apron as per design and technical specification and direction of engineer-in-charge, as per the Specification.
6FOR TEMPORARY PROTECTION OF SLOPE
7Carriage of 300 gsm Geo sheet of including loading & unloading, stacking cost of P.O.L. etc. complete and including hire charge of truck with driver and handyman, etc. completed as directed. (Distance to be calculated from Divisional Store) Distance from Divisional Store to Work Site = 10KM
8Labour charge for laying Geo fabric sheet as filter bellow pitching including carrying, lapping, wrapping & stitching as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
9Carriage of Geo Bags of size 1.03 × 0.70 m / 1.0 x 0.7m including loading & unloading, stacking, etc. complete and including hire charge of truck with driver and handyman cost of POL etc. completed as directed. Distance from Divisional Store to Work Site = 10KM

13Earthwork in bank trimming to the designed section /slope by manual means including removing the trimmed soils to a minimum distance of 30 m, complete as directed.
14Carriage of 300 gsm Geo sheet of including loading & unloading, stacking cost of P.O.L. etc. complete and including hire charge of truck with driver and handyman, etc. completed as directed. (Distance to be calculated from Divisional Store) Distance from Divisional Store to Work Site = 10KM

20EMP IMPLEMENTATION COST
21Obtaining and submission of copies of all consents, permits, clearances, no objection clearances or NOCs, tree cutting permissions, and other relevant permits from various authorities before the start of construction
22Disposal of existing old geo-bags and other materials used as temporary anti-erosion and flood protection measures, and disposal of all solid wastes during construction to designated locations and/or use of local municipal services
23Provision of all requisite facilities (i.e. drinking water supply, sanitation, domestic solid waste collection & disposal, fuel supply etc.) at construction camps. Ensuring rehabilitation of borrow areas and other impacted lands in line with WRD guidelines, and decommissioning of construction camp before handling over the subproject.
24Traffic management at work sites (i.e. pavement markings, channelizing devices, arrow panels and warning lights) along with construction and/or strengthening of landing ghats for barges
25Water sprinkling for dust suppression, barricading, temporary noise barriers, and provision of personal protective equipment (such as boots, life-saving-jackets, etc.)
26Implementation of biodiversity action plan and other biodiversity conservation and mitigation measures
