Name of Work:- MISCELENIOUS REPAIR AND OTHER WORK IN GOVERNMENT VETERINARY SUB CENTRE IN VILLAGE KAIMBWALA CHANDIGARH.

1Demolishing brick tile covering in terracing including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.
2Demolishing mud phaska in terracing and disposal of material within 50 metres lead.
3Scrubing the old surface of existing bitumeous coating with electric cutter blades upto mother slab top and cleaning the surface comlete in all respect and removing of malba away from roof slab in local complex complete in all respects same as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge .
4Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick
5Retile terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by reusing dismantled tile or bricks after cleaning and making tile serviceable for reuse, dismantling mud phaska and cleaning of mother slab properly (75 mm old earth and 25 mm new earth) after performing waterproofing treatment which will be paid separately. Laying 10 cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slopoe consolidated and plastered with 25mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa @ 35 kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay : 1 cow dung) and covered with flat brick tile, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished neat including replacing unserviceable tile or bricks with new ones ( the cost of mud included) complete in all respects same as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge . Note :- Dismantling tile and Dismantling mud phaska cost of new tile paid separately.
6Supply of 1st quality brick tiles 9\\"x4.1/2\\" x 1.1/2\\" complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
7Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cementmortar 1:3(1cement :3finesand) asperstandarddesign : In 75x75 mm deep chase
8Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.
9Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
1015 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)
11Providing and fixing 60 mm thick high density rubber moulded precast cement concrete paver block grey/ colored/ polished/ designer (manufactured by vibro hydraulic pressure process) consisting of design mix of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designation M35 ISI marked including the cost of good quality color and hardening agents. The paver should be compiled with tensile strength and breaking load as per BIS 6717-1993 and shall be tested against resistance to bear as per IS 1237-1980 (specification for cement concrete floor tiles). The paver should be laid over layer of 25 mm average thick screened coarse sand to the required slope and filling the joints with fine sand complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
12Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Old work (one or more coats)
13Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).
14Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete
15Providing and applying filling with cement based putty (Birla, Jk or equivalent) to the required finish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
16Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work
17Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable,dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
