1Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD. (II) By Mechanical Means. Bituminous Courses
2Box cutting or filling in Road embankment in all sorts of soil including spreading the spoils properly over the flank as necessary or on berm to approximate grade & camber and rolling the sub-grade with power roller to proper camber and grade as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including uprooting and removing plants and jungles when and where necessary.(a) Depth up to 150 mm.
3Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.
4Wet mix Macaaam Base Gourse with NB Variety Stone dust.Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specificotion including screening of aggregatesand granular materials, premixing the material with water at OMC in Wet Mix Plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site. laying in uniform layers wilh Pover in Sub- base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, including supply of all materials, machinery, fuel and lubricants, including incidental costs for lighting' guarding, barricading, making earthen bundh to protect the edges including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 406 of Specificalions for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).
5Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading, filler(cement/hydrated lime/Rock dust) premixed with bituminous binder of approved grade @4%(min.) for Grading-1 and 4.5%(min.) for Grading-2 by weight of total mix as per table 500-10 and mix design done as per table 500-11 and Job Mix Formula as per clause 505.3.3 of MoRTH (5th Revision), including screening, cleaning of chips, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying the mix materials at specified laying temperature, as specified in table 500-2 with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment over prepared surface coated with tack coat, rolling with smooth wheeled and vibratory or tandem rollers or with a pneumatic tyre roller of 12 to 15 tonne weight with a tyre pressure of atleast 0.56 MPa to acieve the desired density as per clause 505.3.5, all including cost and carriage of bitumen, crushed aggregate, filler materials and hire charges of machinery and equipment for construction and quality control complete as per clause 505 of specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRTH (5th Revision). B. For Grading 1 (37.5 mm nominal size, 75-100 mm thick.) (ii) Using Drum mix Type HMP of minimum capacity 60-90 TPH.

B. For Grading 2 (26.5 mm nominal size, 50-75 mm thick.) (ii) Using Drum mix Type HMP of minimum capacity 60-90 TPH.
7Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) For WBM / WMM Surface: (with primer @ 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm)
8Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (ii) On Granular surfaces treated with primer (Using Bitumen emulsion at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm.)
9Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) On Bituminous Surface (Using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm.)
10Stone Matrix Asphalt (SMA) Using VG-40 Grade Bitumen Providing and laying Stone Matrix Asphalt with Hot Mix Plant meeting the requirement as par table 500-37 & 500-38 of MoRT&H by using coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, mineral filler, Pelletized cellulose fiber & bituminous binder of required specification including screening, cleaning of chips and preparing a uniform and homogeneous mix and transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 515 of specifications for Roads & Bridge works of MoRT&H (5th Revision) complete in all respect.(i) 13 mm SMA with layer thickness 40-50 mm.
11Repairing pot holes by pre-coated Chips. Repairing pot holes with pre-coated stone materials including cutting, loading pre-coated stone materials at departmental stack-yard or any other approved pre-defined location, including carriage of pre-coated stone materials from source to different kilometers of road by truck and laying directly from truck and compacting with plate compactor / power roller including cutting the pot hole to regular shape clearing the pot holes of loose materials, drying the bed of pot holes, where necessary, by soaking with gunny bags and using lime, where necessary, before laying of pre-coated materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
12Supply and errection of M.S Sign Board (1800 mm x1200 mm) with necessary lettering etc. complete. Fabrication and errection of the board to be done with M.S angles such as, frame (40x40x6 mm), M.S sheet of 0.5 mm thick & Posts with M.S angles (75x75x6 mm) section at a clear hight of atleast 2.50 mtr. above ground level. Erection of the complete board (priming. painting and writting of the work related informations) as per supplied proforma, has to be carried out by digging holes (0.75 x 0.75 x 0.75 mtr) in all sorts of soil and packing the M.S angle posts with cement concrete (1:3:6) of section (0.60 x 0.60 x 1.05 Mtr) and filling the gaps with the excavated earth including priming and 2 coats of painting on both sides complete in all respect as per direction of the E-I-C.
