| 1 | Service Charges for Carrying out 'C' Check maintenance for DG sets from authorised rep or experienced service engineer of DG set of Kirloskar make of 250 KVA capacity at HQ IGAR (East) Main Gen Room, injector & valve tappet setting, checking of vibration damper, checking turbocharger, oil leakage, tightening mounting screws & nuts, replacement of filters & oil, checking inlet & Exhaust manifold cap, screws, checking of fan hub & water pump, removing the existing unserviceable engine oil, clean the oil sump and refilling with required quantity of new oil & coolant top up, charging of battery, filling of distilled water, cleaning of radiator fins by using blower / inside tank with solution (caustic soda with water) to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge, trial & testing etc.(Note : (a) New spares required for 'C' check will be measured and paid seperately as supply only. (b) Engine oil and coolant will be supplied by department. |
