| 1 | Housekeeping & cleanig of the facility located at Immigration Terminal and its toilet bloock at Cruise Berth/ gate and its surroundings, cleaning of the toilet etc. and manpower required for que manager arranements and miscellaneous cruise related activities before arrival of cruise vessel and during and after and sailing of cruise vessel, cleaning of Cruise berth, road in between Pier hotel and Custom office near Breakwater by deploying professional manpower total 10 nos as per vessel call i.e. 1 no skilled supervisor, & 9 no cleaners (2 hours for each worker taken extra for every Cruise ship as sometimes Cruise arrival and departure period is more than 8hours) . including supplying and pumping of 6 cum of portable water in the overhead water tank situated on top of toilet block near Cruise terminal at Breakwater 6cum per cruise ship arrival etc including all labour, materials, tools, plants etc. complete. -For Cruise Arrivals - A) 1 Supervisor and 4 labours on previous day of Cruise arrival for toilet cleaning, cleaning in baggage scanner area, road in between PIER hotel and Custom office, Breakwater Berth etc. B) 1 Supervisor and 4labours on the day of Cruise arrival for toilet cleaning, cleaning in baggage scanner area, road in between PIER hotel and Custom office, Breakwater Berth etc. C) Both days full time supervisor should supervise the work and take instruction from department. D) Non deployment of labours, supervisor as specified above will invite penalty equals to 1.5 times wages at that period. E) If water is not filled in the water tanks, placed on toilet roof, recovery will be two times cost of tanker charges at that time. Contractor have to arrange 1 HP water pump with necessary cables etc. to pump the water in the overhead tank as and when required. Water will be supplied as per item no. 5 below. Please note that labours on the day of arrival of Cruise Ship should present at site atleast 30minutes before arrival and after departure of ship, shall leave the site after cleaning the area including toilets. | 3 | Supply of heavy duty industrial pedestal fans in working condition including necessary cables required for connection from nearest electric supply source etc. Including hiring charges of fans, cables, necessary connectins etc. All tools, plants, labour and materials etc. complete.
