1Providing & fixing bamboo scaffolding around the concrete tower with necessary good quality bamboo, wooden flank, bracing, binding material, properly fixing MS bars in the concrete tower,support the bamboo at appropriate distance if required & the same will be removed & refilling the holes with Renderoc SP 40, touch up painting with the same protective & decorative coating for that hole area to match the coating area & removing the scaffolding after completing water proofing work & painting work etc complete.
2Removing existing loose concrete over the antenna concrete tower wherever required & at directed locations, cleaning that area properly, washing with water, providing & filing with Renderoc SP 40 - 25 kg bag with bonding agent Nitobond SBR latex or other approved equivalent make finishing the surface smooth after filling the material etc complete as per manufactures recommendations.
3Providing & filling Renderoc SP 40-25 kg bag with bonding agent Nitobond SBR latex or other approved equivalent make, finishing the surface smooth after filling the material including cleaning, washing with water etc complete as per manufactures recommendations at following locations.
4600 mm wide chajja at top of the antenna & chajja near balcony door
5Near azimuth ring 230 mm wide area making proper slope towards outside.
6Horizontal shuttering joints - 6 or 8 joints per antenna along the circumference of the RCC tower at different height as shown in the drawing, & vertical silts on RCC antenna tower at 4 M height
7Pressure Grouting-Grouting cement slurry modified with nonshrink additive cebex 100 of M/s. fosroc make & polymer nitobond AR of fosroc make including properly drilling the holes of 12 mm dia (upto 75% of the concrete depth) @ 500 mm c/c distance or as directed, any other required area on the concrete tower, fixing plastic nozzles, properly grouting as per the manufactures procedure, (taking proper care for the inside equipment/ machinery/items/cables /wires /shielding case/ outside AC unit all these items etc covering with plastic paper, cleaning it properly if required etc as directed) removing the nozzles after grouting & refilling the holes properly with Renderoc SP 40 etc complete.
8Vertical Silt size of the existing silt is 0.23 M X 1.6 M & 16 nos / antenna location as show in the drawing Pressure Grouting-Grouting cement slurry modified with nonshrink additive cebex 100 of M/s. fosroc make & polymer nitobond AR of fosroc make including properly drilling the holes of 12 mm dia (upto 75% of the concrete depth) @ 500 mm c/c distance or as directed, any other required area on the concrete tower, fixing plastic nozzles, properly grouting as per the manufactures procedure, (taking proper care for the inside equipment/ machinery/items/cables /wires /shielding case/ outside AC unit all these items etc covering with plastic paper, cleaning it properly if required etc as directed) removing the nozzles after grouting & refilling the holes properly with Renderoc SP 40 etc complete. (Note:- This item will be executed only based on the site conditions and truly wherever required as directed by E-I-C)

10Chajja Location as shown in the drawing at point A/E/F/G at appropriate height. Removing existing sealant properly, making necessary small grove if required, cleaning the groove area properly,washing with water & providing & applying Nitoprime 25(M) base Epoxy primer at groove area and providing and filling with polyurethane sealant Nitoseal PU 50 of M/s. Fosroc make or Sikaflex or other approved equivalent 12MM width & 10MM depth.(Note:- This item will be executed only based on the site conditions and truly wherever required as directed by E-I-C)
11Providing & fixing KEMPEROL 165 Fleece of appropriate 26.25 CM at concrete Tower & GI DUCT in correct line, level with necessary priming, fixing, adhesive of KEMPEROL V 210 M etc all as per the manufactures recommendations etc complete. (Only the covered area treated with Kemperol shall be considered for payment.)
12Providing & applying brush bond RFX of M/s. fosroc make or other approved equivalent make over the entire concrete tower in two coats to achieve 1 mm thickness including necessary cleaning, removing loose materials on the concrete tower area, washing the area with water, filling voids, cracks, hole etc with Rendroc CS putty, mixing & application (consumption) of the materials as per the manufactures procedure, keeping proper interval between two coats, curing etc complete as directed.
13Providing & applying high performance, elastometric, anticarbonation protective & decorative coating of Dekguard WB300 of M/s. fosroc make or other approved equivalent make in two coats of approved colour, shade for concrete surface for the antenna tower including properly_cleaning the concrete tower, uniform coating/thickness as per the correct rates of application (consumption) mentioned in the manufactures recommendations, keeping proper interval between two coats, providing & applying one coat of Deckguard WB primer as per the correct rates of application (consumption), uniform coating mentioned in the manufactures recommendations etc complete all as per the manufactures procedure.
