1Dismantling and removing 2.5cm th grading concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and ramming the debris with in 50m lead etc with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
2Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out of joints of 12mm deep and removing debris etc with all labour, T&P etc in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.
32.5cm thick grading concrete of proportion (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm thick hard black granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including watering and curing etc.with cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
416mm th Cement plaster in C.M (1:6) to brick work finished smooth including watering curing and scaffolding with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
512mm th Cement plaster in C.M (1:6) to brick work finished smooth including watering curing and scaffolding with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Outside Surface)
6Distempering two coats with approved shade, over a coat of priming with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etcomplete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
7Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint (Weather coat) of approved shade on new work two coats, over a coat of priming, to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
8Supplying, fitting, fixing of fully glazed aluminium framed openable window using 15 micron anodized OEL aluminium section 2082 as out section, 9139 as mullion section, 4124 as shutter section frame with tappered clip of section 4125 aluminium angle, rubber beading, friction stay and handle etc with 5mm thick black glass with all fittings including cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P, cess, and hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
9Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S doors and windows shutters of approved design in proper position making good to the damges of walls of R.C.C or other structural etc. including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukhats with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials required for the work, labour and T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
10Labour for fixing of M.S doors and windows shutters of approved design in proper position making good to the damges of walls of R.C.C or other structural etc. including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukhats with cost, conveyance, taxes, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
11Providing and painting two coats over wood/steel surface with approved shade and quality to enamel paint over a coat of primer of approved quality in all floors and all heights including preparing the surface, watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries and T&P. etc. required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
12Earth work excavation in foundation hard soil including moorum, stoney earth mixed with boulders with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth away from the work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and cess required for the work and etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge
13Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty of all the materials required for the work labour with T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
14Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
15Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete and compacting in layers not exceeding 15cm thick with proper packing and ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator including watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
