Name of Work:- Repair and Renovation of Circuit House old Kitchen Building and RCC Drain work at Baripada in the District of Mayurbhanj for the year 2026-27.

1Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.
2Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
3Filling Foundation and Plinth with sand watered and rammed etc as pe the direction of the Engineer-in charge.
4Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size black broken granite stone aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm(6\\") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royality taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete i as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
5Providing & applying Post constrution of Antitermite treatment by drilling 12 mm dia holes at a distance of 30cm@ junction of wall and floor about 300mm apart deep enough to each the soil below and chemical emulsion(PREMISE,IMIDACHLOPRIED 30.5SC OF BAYER MAKE mixed with475 ltr water) pumped these holes to soak the soil @1Ltr solution of each holea as per manufactures specification and the holes should be pluged with filling materials including cost of all materials,labour charges,conveyance and all taxes and hiring charges of machinaries as per direction of Engineer in charges.
6Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm hard granite chips(Crusher broken) per 1 cum etc all complete as per Direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
72.5 cm thk DPC with Cement concrete (1:2:4) including punning using 12mm size hand broken granite chipps.
8Fly Ash. brick masonry of size 25 cm. x 12 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix (1:6) with approved grade cement and screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use in Foundation & Plinth including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
9Fly Ash. brick masonry of size 25 cm. x 12 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix (1:6) with approved grade cement and screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use in Superstructure including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-chargeGround Floor

58Supplying fitting fixing Tata Blue scoope Sheet in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys,windties etc. including cost of sheets and fittings etc .
59Painting two coats over wood and iron work with approved Enamel paint over a coat of primming, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C.
60Finishing wall surfaces with Acrylic wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surfaces to receive painting including cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc. Ground Floor
