(a) Cleaning the condenser and evaporator coils with suitable detergent / chemical solution and flushing with high-pressure jet of water. (c) Checking operation of controls of the air- conditioners such as thermostat, relays, motther board, remote control etc. (d) Checking air flow through the supply air grill, return air grill, condenser.
