| 15 | Supplying of Spiderman Jhula Kit (suspended access system) suitable for G+4 storey multistorey buildings, comprising high-strength work cradle/platform, galvanized steel wire ropes, full-body safety harnesses, suspension brackets, pulleys, anchoring devices, counterweights, braking system, and all other associated standard components required for safe and stable vertical access operations. The system shall be designed and manufactured in conformity with relevant BIS/IS standards and in compliance with CPWD safety protocols, ensuring its suitability for routine maintenance, repair, and facade access operations at height. The scope includes transportation, delivery, testing, and commissioning of the equipment at the designated site, complete in all respects. The item shall carry a Defect Liability Period (DLP) of 12 months from the date of successful supply and commissioning, during which the supplier shall provide free preventive maintenance, safety inspections, servicing, and replacement of any defective parts free of cost. The work shall be executed in full compliance with the approved technical specifications, and under the direction and supervision of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 16 | Deployment of skilled Plumber/Fitter (Grade-I), experienced and competent for repair and maintenance of SWR Pipe systems/installations in G+4 storey buildings, duly equipped with standard plumbing tools, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and trained in the safe use of Spiderman Jhula Kit (suspended access system) for working at heights. The scope of work includes the diagnosis, rectification, alignment, and replacement/fixing of damaged or leaking SWR Pipes and fittings and associated components of varying diameters. The plumber shall ensure proper jointing, minimal disruption to existing systems, and restoration of full functionality. The work shall be executed using the Spiderman Jhula Kit wherever required, and carried out in accordance with CPWD specifications, relevant BIS codes, complete in all respects and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 17 | Deployment of Beldar/Helper to assist the Plumber/Fitter in the repair and maintenance of SWR Pipe systems/installations in G+4 storey buildings. The personnel shall be physically fit, experienced in supporting plumbing and piping operations, and capable of working at heights, including assisting in operations involving the Spiderman Jhula Kit (suspended access system), wherever required. The scope of work includes handling, lifting, and shifting of SWR Pipes and fittings and other related construction materials; supporting in positioning, alignment, and fixing of components of varying diameters; assisting with site preparation, cleaning, and reinstatement; and ensuring all materials are safely transported to and from work areas. The work shall be executed in close coordination with the deployed Fitter, strictly as per CPWD specifications, relevant BIS codes, complete in all respects and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
