Item includes any cutting work of chain link fencing which is deformed and cannot be straightened. 46Providing and fixing Glass mossaic tiles on finished plain wall surface of size 20 mm x 20 mm x 4 mm in all colour, design , fixing in approved design. The glass mosaic tiles shall be fixed on the wall surface with the help of approved adhesive applied at the rate of 2.5 kg per sqm and grouting of the same. All completed as per direction of Engineer-incharge.
47Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, walls, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
48Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Consistent open joints should be allowed for Expansion at 7-10mm spacing in sufficient intervals.Prior to Laying the Cobble square, the Paver bottom face shall be applied with Slurry of Cement mixed with Bonding SBR based Compound of approved make (in proportions of 4 litres per 20 kg of cement), in form of workable paste in an even coating of 1-2 mm thickness. Laying of Concrete Cobble Paver shall be done with the help of notch trowel, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the block gently and easily. Grouting of the joints having joints of 3 mm width shall be done using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
