Note for item No. 1.00 & 2.00 :-1.Surface preparation of all insulation surfaces of the equipment to be coated shall be made free from dust, grease, oil and any other foreign material without damaging the surface. The surface of the equipment shall be made dry before application of the RTV coating.2.All the required materials, tools & tackles, testing equipment, consumables etc. for application of HVIC coating shall be in bidders’ scope |
| 3 | Supply & fixing 132KV, horizontal double break isolators \\"GRPS\\" /\\"CG\\"make or equivalent 132 KV, triple pole, 31.5 KA centre post rotating horizontal double break type isolators suitable for upright mounting with manual operated mechanism for main switch and earth switch including interlock of main and earth (i.e. mechanically gang operated) with all accessories required for normal operation of the isolator, without supporting structure and without terminal connectors with following configuration (copper design) : - a) For 800 Amps with one earth switch. b) Support insulators for the above isolators. One stack consisting of 325 KV having a creepage distance of 4495 mm and cantilever strength of 6 KN as manufactured & tested (31mm/KV) (Per No.). c) Terminal connectors for the above isolators a set of 06 Nos. Rigid type bimetallic terminal connectors suitable for single ASR Zebra conductor. |
| 4 | M&L for taking down safely unsv / burnt existing power conductor from the structure after disconnecting the pad clamps by removing rusted nuts & bolts and supply, installation of new Moose conductor in place of existing conductor and make it operational all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
