Name of Work:- UPGRADATION OF TOILET BATHROOM AND KITCHEN IN CERTAIN BLOCKS UNDER GE (SOUTH) AMBALA CANTT.

1Supply, installation and testing of storage type heater (Geyser) of 25 Litres Capacity, vertical type to sustain high pressure upto 8 bars with fixing bolts / fastener, necessary PCC/cement work and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface giving electric and water connection and testing after installation to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete with following specifications : - (a) 5 Star rated (Vertical type) Necessary BEE cerificate from OEM shall be produced by the contractor at the time of sample approval. (b) Metal Body.(c) Glass line coated tank (Ferro-glass technology) / Polymer coated.(d) Incoloy glass coated heating element. (e) Adjustable thermostat. (f) Temperature indicator dial/digital type. (g) Multiple Heating Option. (h) Multiple Functional Safety Valve. (j) Thermal Cutout Capillary Type.NOTE : - Warranty certificate to be produced by the contractor from OEM for the following components before processing the bill. (a) For product - 02 Years (b) For metal tank 07 years.
