Supply Of cnc end milling, centering and cup turning machine with chip conveyor as per rwf specification rev-3 , (1) supply of cnc machine as per rwf specification no.rwf/m&p/2024-25/cnc end milling, rev-3 enclosed, to perform end milling, cup turning, chamfering and centering operations along with gantr y, input and output conveyors, axle measuring & punching system at the out-put conveyor and installation and commissioning of all the above mentioned material. it also includes civil foundation and all necessary e lectrical cabling. (2) concomitant accessories and additional concomitant accessories required if any as per clause 2.3 of specification rev-3. ] , uprooting, shifting and installation of offline lathe: the offline lathe, along with the jib crane , shall be relocated tentatively to the loose axle area in axle machine shop. the installation must ensure th at all components remain undamaged during the uprooting and re-installation process. any damage incurre d during this activity must be rectified by replacing the affected parts or compensating for the damage. aft er installation, machine will be considered commissioned after ensuring proper operation on minimum 30 a xles. ] , supply and installation of a new chip conveyor: bidder has to design, supply, install and com mission the 22m length chip converyor as per technical specificiation for chip conveyor (no.rwf/ m&p/2024-25/chip conveyor) enclosed. warranty shall be applicable for a period of 2 years from the date o f commissioning/fat of respective machine (i.e. offline lathe and cnc end milling, cup turning & centering machine) along with chip conveyor. ] , complete integration of the new end milling, cup turning and centering machine with its sup plied gantry, input conveyor and output conveyor. ] , uprooting and shifting of sema machine: the sema machine, along with its gantry, output co nveyor, and lateral conveyor, shall be carefully uprooted and moved to a designated location as specified b y rwf. all components must remain undamaged during the uprooting and shifting process. in the event of any damage to the machine or its parts, the contractor shall either replace the damaged parts or bear the a ssociated costs. ] , comprehensive annual maintenance contract (camc) for cnc machine as per rwf specificat ion no. rwf/m&p/2024-25/cnc end milling, rev-3 & chip conveyor as per specification no.rwf/m&p/2024- 25/chip conveyor for a period of five years after warranty period of 2 years . warranty period of 2 years sta rts from the date of issue of fat certificate.
