The DG set shall be compliant with latest CPCB norms and shall comprise of a silent, eco-friendly diesel engine and an alternator close coupled and mounted on a common base frame along with standard accessories within acoustic enclosure & rated for continuous duty with overload provision of 10% for running electrical induction motor with different capacities coupled to sewage / drainage pump as well as illumination system. The DG set shall be providedalong 285 Sq mm 3.5 core Alcabling from D.G set to main MCC panel, earthling as per OEM recommendations. The MS frame is to be fabricated out of ISMB,ISMC and angle iron.The frame is to be covered by MS chequered plate 6mm thick and the openings at the requisite places are to be fabricated with hinge mechanism for the lifting and lowering of the pumping units duringmaintenance. Fabrication and erection of MS ladder 6 mtr long to be erected inside the sump.
