Name of Work:- REPAIR TO HARDSTANDING, PATH, FENCING TRAVERSE AND OTHER CONNECTED B/R WORKS IN TECH AREA OF ARMY AVN SQN UNDER AGE (I) CIF (K)
Sl. No. Item Description
1Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
2M&L for Brick work with sub class `B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
3Taking down cement plaster, of any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
4M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
5M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
6Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level), complete all as specified
7M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, hard standing, manhole, drain etc., complete all as specified.
8M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any size and shape, factory casted, laid and jointed with grey cement and pigment and conforming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade and joints filled etc complete all as specified and directed.
9M&L 20mm thick sand filling for sand cushioning to interlocking tiles, under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified.
10M&L PCC 1:2:4 nominal mix type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
11Dismantiling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises, complete all as specified.
12M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in levelling course of flooring, complete all as specified.
13M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm/ 30cm X 30cm X 25mm thick as in path etc. set and jointed with grey cement and pigments as in floors and over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick laying floor finished in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed
14Dismantling boarding/ false ceiling/wall panelling of any description, fixed in any position with nails, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
15S&F GI frame work size of grid 605 x 605 mm for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from sofit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasterner with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips acress the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to cnetre including hangers 6mm dia.GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed tp roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm ling and expansion hold fasterner 12.5mm dia 40mm long including S&F 8mm thick gypsum board of size 600mm x 600mm as in ceiling fixed onGI frame work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
16S&F 2nd class soft wood boarding, 15mm thick, as in wall panelling, plain one side and edges tongued and grooved or rebated, fixed with nails in any situation including french polishing on surface of any description width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coat upto satification of Engr-In-Charge.
17Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in concrete, brickwork, masonry etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
18Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50m and making good surface in hard/dense soil , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
19M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
20M&L for MS angle iron, flat iron conforming to Fe-290- Gde E 165 as in post as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc cutting and twisting necessary drilling bolting and riveting or welded including FI 40 x 6 mm etc and similar work complete all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
21Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing (not exceeding 4Kg/Sqm), made out of 4mm dia galvanised iron wire of mesh 100mm x 100mm/ 50mm x 50mm in size, complete all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
22Fixing only chain link fencing to RCC/mild steel Posts fixed with MS Flat iron and 3 Nos of 10mm dia. MS bars as line wire including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- MS Flats and round bars to be measured and paid separately under relevent items of this BOQ.
23S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified. (Each line wire to be measured)
24S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) dia of neck 5 to 10mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm long, complete all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
25S&F mild steel round bars for Fe-410-W(Gde-E 250) 8mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
26Framed work such as grills, gratings and intricated design incl MS angle,MS channel,flat iron, rounded bars, MS plate etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forget in to spikes incl welding as directed and fixed with screws, bolt etc including dismantling of existing gate/grill conformimg to Fe 290,Gde E-165 complete all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
27Preparation of newly untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.
28Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and as directed.
29Note :- An amount of Rs. Rs 27,482.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
